John Darrin (jcdarrin) | 4 comments I am looking for an editor to work with a rough manuscript set in and after WW2 up to the present time. It is autobiographical (not me) and starts as a 4-year old daughter of a Lithuanian Princess and continues through being a hunted refugee in WW2 and finally to emigration to America and a career as a university professor. It has strong spiritual overtones as she looks for some meaning in her tumultous life.

Erica Ellis (ericainmn) | 48 comments Hi, John. If you're still looking for an editor, I would love to help you with your project. I have experience editing both fiction and non-fiction manuscripts. I have completed a copy editing course through Mediabistro, and I am currently enrolled in a copy editing certification program at the University of California San Diego. I offer affordable rates and a guarantee of a minimum of two passes through your manuscript. You don't have to take my word for the quality of my work, though. Here is what a current client of mine has to say about me. She has had me edit 6 novels for her, so she knows my work well.

“Erica Ellis has been a huge help in correcting my English. I’m a speed typist, so when I started writing books, I needed a lot of help with corrections. Erica came to my rescue. Thank goodness! If you’re an author looking for an editor, let me just say, shop no further.” ~ Jill Sanders, author of Returning Pride, Discovering Pride, and Finding Pride

I recently posted an offer here on Goodreads for a free sample chapter edit, and I would be happy to do that for you. You can check out my website at www.ericaellisfreelance.com and you can email me at ericaellismn@gmail.com.

Good luck with your book, whichever editor you choose!

Sincerely,

Erica Ellis
