Feedburner Alternatives Needed

Hi guys! I need help. I'm a bit clueless when it comes to technical sides of blogging but I've been growing more and more unhappy with FeedBurner and am thinking of switching.

I run a Blogger based blog, and am wondering what other FeedBurner-like services are out there and are recommended for novice users like myself. How easy it is to migrate your feed? Is it free? Is it easy to use?

Thanks Beckie! I already use bloglovin and I really like it myself, but I have other subscribers who don't, and I just want to transition my RSS feed from FeedBurner. The two alternatives I've been looking at are FeedBlitz and FeedPress. But I'm gathering that FeedBlitz might not be completely cost free? So, not sure.
