Multipart book issue

This book is split in three parts in the romanian edition. Someone added them as different editions. I'm not sure if this is ok.

The vol. 1, vol. 2 and vol. 3 respectively should be removed from the title so there should remain only "Disfunctia realitatii"

And I think this should be removed http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/13... It's the same 3 volume edition, but only with the cover of the first edition and the total number of pages.


The same issue goes for the second volume from the Night's Dawn series.

The title should be only Alchimistul Neutronic

And this maybe should be removed too http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/13... Again it's the same multi-part book with the cover of the first part and the total number of pages from all three parts.

If the parts are sold separately, then they are added on Goodreads as separate books.

All editions have their own ISBN, so all those editions should stay on Goodreads. But the combining was indeed incorrect, split parts should not be combined with the whole edition or each other. I separated the split parts from the whole edition. Vol. 1, vol. 2, vol. 3 should be kept to indicate the difference between the parts.

I think they need to remain under the "Night's Dawn" series.

Help for this:
If we were adding it to a series, would it be added as Night's Dawn 0.3, 0.6 and 0.9 or not added to the series?

If you look here http://www.goodreads.com/series/43318... you can see that multipart books are in the form 'Part 1 of x', 'Part 2 of x' , etc.

That seems the way to be done and that was what I hoped for :) But it seams that everyone has ideas and no well defined rules for how to do this.

If they would be added to the series they should be added as 'book 1, part 1 of 3', 'book 1, part 2 of 3' and so on or an other way that indicates those books are parts of an other book.
Using 0.3 and so on would imply those are novellas/short stories taking place before book 1, which is not the case.
