The first thing she ever recalled feeling was the boys arms. Cold. The first time she remembered opening her eyes it was his tear stained face resting against the wall that imprinted against her irises. She was held tight in his arms. His dead arms. She didn't know who he was, she didn't understand the hollow feeling that suddenly grew within her stomach. His dead face was the first thing Mira ever saw. The last time she ever felt something that didn't belong completely to her. Everything before then was cloaked in darkness.
She knew she must have had a life before that day in those dead arms but she couldn't remember. She couldn't remember who the girl before Mira Frey really was.

I actually have a disorder like that called Von Willebrand's Disease. My biological dad has one called Hemophilia. With his he never clots very well. With mine it's just around the mucus glands.

I have never really met my dad but from what my mom has told me it doesn't sound any harder than mine. He and I both can't take aspirin products and ibuprofen because they are blood thinners. Instead we take Tylenol. He just has to watch out for any injury not just ones near mucus glands.

Secondary: Illusion: Nico will drive you mad with his illusions of dead cracking the shell of the earth, of monsters and powers far beyond him, his illusions seeping through your mind and throwing every warning in your head.

Tertiary: Darkness. He can bend light and summon dark, which is useful in a pinch and extremely useful if he just wants to scare someone, not put them in a fully-fledged illusion.

Personality: Nico is dark, wears dark, and creates dark. If he’s your enemy, don’t trust him. If he’s your ally, don’t trust him. He has his own motives, and it might be said, his own side to this battlefield. He’s called the Ghost King because those with the ability to see the dead see that ghosts follow him and sprout around him like flies itching for something to die so they can feast.
