Adding book

Hello,
My book Suroor of the soul which got published on Createspace and now listed on amazon has my author name as Soumya Vilekar. I tried adding the book to my books section,but Iam nt able to claim it nor can I upload teh image for it.please help.Suroor of the Soul

We list books as per name on cover, which does not match the name you have on your author profile which is why it is not on your profile.

I will add the author name as per your profile in the secondary author slot

I have also had a problem with my book The Girl Who Lived Twice which I added manually. I did this by filling in the ISBN code and now the book is on Goodreads but without the lovely cover picture! I do not know why this happened and I have tried to upload the cover image, but so far I have failed completely! Either I am a bit thick or they don't explain how to do it in a way that makes it easy. Can anyone out there help me please? Tina

Hi Tina,

I've added the cover for your book (and the Kindle edition as well). When you add a book to the site, we don't automatically look it up based on the ISBN; instead we only use the information you have added. So if you didn't add a cover when you create the book entry, we don't have the cover. You can add a cover to your own book by clicking "edit details" from the book page, but once it has been added you'll need a librarian for any future edits.
