Meadowsong rested her head on her paws and turned her gaze to the entrance. Sunlight spilled into the den through a crack in the roof. She blinked sleepily and got to her paws clumsily. Her tail swished to and fro as she gracefully slipped through the entrance of the den. A warm breeze greeted her as she stepped out into the clearing.
"Thistlefur," Meadowsong greeted the tom with a purr. She sat down beside him and neatly curled her tail over her paws. "How was your day, so far?"

Meadowsong nodded. "Alright. I'm thinking Sunningrocks." She thrust her head in the direction of the warm rocks. "Last one there is a rotting mouse!" she called, flicking his pelt with her tail before pelting through the barrier and out into the forest.
