He shook his head. "Just a lot of memories..." He muttered.

"Oh, well there probably another ice cream if it bothers you to much." She said looking a little worry
He shook his head again. "It's fine. this is the best in town, You have to try it. I'm fine." He said, trying to give her a bit of a smile.
After a moment's hesitation he followed her in, looking around. Just like he remembered it... He shook his head to clear it. "You chould get the chocolate Lover's Delight, was always my favorite."
She nods but didn't answer since there was people around. "May I have A chocolate lover's delight." she ask the person behind the counter
The person behind the counter nodded, turning and starting to fix it before handing it to her. It was chocolate ice-cream with M&Ms, Crushed Oreos, chocolate Syrup and hot Fudge as well as chocolate sprinkles on top. "Here you go mam."
"Thank you." Alex nods as she pays for her ice cream. She said good day before heading back outside
"Now does't that just look awesome?" Mark asked her, smiling again, "Used to always get that one."
"It does looked amazingly good, I am going to get a sugar high." she said with a small grin
He laughed. "Who says that that's a bad thing?"
"Well that could be interesting to see....One of my friends dared me to eat three of those one time...."
Alex got wide eyes. "What happen?" She ask
"I don't think I slept for like a week after that." He laughed. "I was very hyper, kinda crazy. A huge sugar rush."
"Oh are you going to try that now?" He asked, his smile part challenging.
Alex tapped her chin in thought. "Depends, you sure you want to see me crazy?" She challenged
Alex's eyes danced with the challenge. "It on Mark."
"Alright. Well you still need two more after you finish that one then. If you can handle that much chocolaty goodness."
Alex founded a seat and started to eat her first ice cream.
Mark slid into a seat across from her, raising an eyebrow as he watched.
She finished the first ice cream said she be right back ran to get two more and came back
He raised an eyebrow. "Now let's see if you can finish those two..."
Alex winked. "You wait and see." She didnt finsih the other two but after that she couldnt sit still
Mark was grinning as he watched her. He had to admit this was pretty funny.
Alex looked at the unfinished bowl of ice cream and got a sick look on her face. "Yea that not happening.... Did you know that..." She didn't finish that thought as she looked up at a noise in the tree which was a bird. She laughed a little to herself
He was trying to hold back a laugh as he watched her. Had he been this crazy when he;d eaten the three bowls? He didn't remember, He;d been too out of it to know what was going on.
"Mark?" She ask boucning up and down. "What if? I fail you? What if I can give you peace?" She ask before getting up. "Come on, there is somewhere you would love!" She started to drag him across town
"wait what?" He said, confused by the first part of what she said but following after all the same as she went across the town. "Where are we going?"
"Shhh you will see" She drag him towards the edge of town and down a dirt path to a lake. "You must have been here right?" She ask
"A few times " He replied, smiling a bit. This had been another one if those places he lovedbto go.
He nodded. "That it is. When it was warm I'd always sneak out here for a bit of a swim."
Alex lend against Mark side and sighs. "I moved here for school and I hated it but then I founded this lake and I grow to love it."
"Why were you sent to this school anyway? you don't seem like the normal type that gets sent here...."
"Had some home troubles....." Was all Alex said as she walked up to the lake
"Ah...." He said, curious about her past but not pushing her to tell him.
"My parents thought it would better if I can to a boarding school away from home. It feels more like they just gave up on me." She grumbles the last part
"Why send you here though? Why would they give up on you? what happened?"
"I had a friend who had cancer.... She didnt make it. And I just fell apart, started to hang out with all the wrong people. I had problems with my dead in the first place and........."
Mark frowned, looking over at her. "I'm sorry about your friend.....Sorry you and your dad never really got along..."
Alex just shrugs without a word as she looked down
"Hey, just try not to think too much about it"
((They could go back to school and Sam comes back when Mark leaves....... Or Alex go running away and stumbles on city hall where she finds some information about Mark death....)
