Golden Dragons-Queen Dragons are the only dragons who can reproduce.
They usually mate only with Bronze dragons, and Browns who are large and fast enough to catch them during a mating flight.
The blue dragons are fairly small when compared to the bronze and brown dragons. The gold females are the largest. The smallest and most agile are the female Greens. The dragon]s can be impressed by both males and females, but are rendered infertile because of their ability to chew Firestone.
The dragons are impressed by adolescents, when they hatch. They form a telepathic bond just after the dragon hatches, which exists between the rider and his/her dragon until death. If the rider dies, the dragon dies as well by committing suicide.
Between is a place where there is nothing... not even vacuumIt is like a fold in the space/time continuum. Dragons go here when they are teleporting from place to place, but they are only there for a matter of 8 seconds, whereas if they commit suicide, they go between and do not come back.
If the dragon dies, the human usually kills him or herself by usual means, although at times the rider will survive if they have a strong personal will to live or someone prevents them from dying, but often, the loss of ones dragon sends the ex-rider insane.
The riders co-ordinate attacks, telepathically linked with their dragons.
Queen dragons do not flame, as their stomachs do not digest] the Firestone properly. (The stone is masticated by the dragons, then proceeds down their gullet where it produces a gas that react]s with oxygen when breathed out). The Queens remain highly guarded.
The Dragons of Pern-Pern is the name for Dragon country a no mans land.

Golds are the Queens of the Weyr, they are at the top of the pyramid and they know it. They hold reign over all the other colors and are the ones who will lead their Weyr to fight and also be the level headed ones who will keep calm during major incidences. Golds can be cold and driven, with an icy calm while others can be fiery and commanding. When impressing, Golds could be considered to go for those who are 'natural' born leaders, but those could be considered the stereotypical choices for a gold. A Gold can also impress to those who have the potential for leading a Weyr, but still need a bit of shaping. A Gold may not impress what people believe to be a natural leader or those who would be the best for the Weyr, but a Gold knows who their rider is whether the Weyr approves or not.

Sterlings are amazingly large beasts, the largest of the dragon race to be born and certainly one that turns heads. Sterlings would be considered a King rank, if they actually were interested in such a position. Sterlings are extremely lazy beasts, they will do the minimum amount of work and be pleased with themselves. They are highly intelligent and would be great for strategy work, if they actually applied themselves. These large lazy lumps are highly philosopical, but basically a mock King. They look towards those who are highly driven and have high ambitions. Some fear them due to their coloring, believing that they are the embodiment of the Black.

The Kings of the Weyr, they hold a rather high rank in the pyramid of the Weyr. These are the leaders who take their place beside the Golds of the Weyr. Bronzes tend to be the more arrogant of the ranks, big and bulky but with an ego that is larger than them. Sometimes they can be the white knight that people hope for as a leader, and there are some that are just the model of a good enforcer. Bronzes tend to impress to those like themselves, those who are arrogant or those who have a dominating presence. They also can impress to those who are a calmer and more levelheaded type personality. Sometimes it's more of a balancing act rather than those two being the same in personality.

Agates of the mother of the weyr, though their color might remind weyrfolk of Red Star they are rather sweet. Agates are the non-aggressive females of the Weyr, the peacekeepers who want nothing more than to just have everyone get along with one another. There will be a few rare Agates that will be the more fiery and aggressive females, but those are only a few and quite rare. Agates will take over the abandoned clutches of dragons that have either passed on or are unfit for watching a clutch. These sweethearts look for someone who can be a bit rough around the edges, they are a nurturing soul so they look for those who need to be nurtured. They also seek out those who are like themselves, mothering types who want to pull people into their lives and help them out. Some are wary of these demi-queens due to their coloring, seeing that they are closely related in color to the Red Star, which symbolizes war to be coming.

Browns are the calm and levelheaded beasts, they are often around when people need them and even when they are not needed. They are the backbone of the weyr that brings many of the colors together, often great Wingleaders or Seconds though there have been a few times when they have become Weyrleaders also. They are quite intelligent and hard working beasts.

Painites are one of the newer breeds that are considered a wild card of the Weyr. They can be extremely fierce and unpredictable, being dangerous to be around or bonded to. People hope that these ones will go Between rather than impress to anyone due to their feral personalities. While they do listen to the higher ranked colors, they have been known to lash out at the lower ranks taking out their anger on anything they can. Painites tend to impress to strong minds, those who would be pegged for a Bronze or Gold could easily impress to one of these spitfires. They usually have someone who can control them or calm them down, though there have been a few cases of them impressing to those who were also aggressive. Female Painites are luckily sterile, meaning that they will not clutch when they rise.

The most common of the male dragons and the fastest of them as well, the blues are perfect for the more sneaky of tasks that a weyr could put forward. However they have a downfall of having very little stamina and a high metabolism to keep themselves going from day to day, and a quick to tire. They are stealthy and often times intelligent in their own ways. It is not uncommon to see blues in every range of the personality spectrum, sometimes seen as the more playful dragons and jokers of the weyr. They do sometimes tend to slip into the extremes for personality traits, though not always.

Ambers are a background dragon, well their coloring is rather interesting and beautiful. You will never see a Ambers flaunting their power or their color, they will always be the dragon that works best by themselves. They tend to be loners, they can work with others but they prefer solitude rather than help. They tend to bond to those who are social butterflies or those who are loners themselves. Ambers are hard workers and also extremely loyal once someone earns their trust.

The firecrackers of the weyr, greens are the tiny female dragons that everyone knows for their notorious personalities. Very rarely do these come in sedate forms, a green is almost exclusively a high energy and uptight creature, very fast in the air and on the ground alike. They were the worst effected by the climate changes and events that unfolded on Pern. Their bodies have twisted to be even thinner and smaller than in the past, and it is not uncommon to see disfigurements.

This is the last of the species to be born and one of the most interesting races of them all. Pyrites are considered the 'fool's gold' dragons, due to their coloring. Most are mistaken for Golds because Pyrites tend to hatch as twins from what most would believe would be a Gold egg. They are a light and dull colored yellow, similar to Golds in color. Unlike the stoic and decisive Golds, Pyrites are extremely indecisive and also tend to be rather clingy to their riders. Pyrites are extremely small and delicate looking, but they will do everything in their power to please their riders. They may be small, but they will go to great lengths to make sure that their rider and teams are happy.

*Visual Illusion-the ability to make others feel an illusion upon them making their surrounds go from a big city to a tropical forest to the artic circle even. The illusion feels real as much as appears real.
*Aura of Seduction, Temptation, Desire, and Attraction-this ability is self explainatory making those around him do as he wishes practically...no one could avoid sucha power, except maybe Asmodeus and Lilith who created the power.
3)Precognition-He can receive visions of the future through the touching of a person or object or entering a certain place. This power comes in handy being able to control his visions except when he sleeps. He can see into the plans of his enemies. It canbe developed to the point of second reaction knowing an enemies next move.
4) Pathokinesis/Empathy-He can feel others emotions around him as well as manipulate them to his content.
5) Mental Shield-the ability to shield his own mind and others aorund him from sight of Telepath's.
6) Addictive Contentment-this ability can make a person feel content and without Famine. But when without his presence they begin to experience Famine Ten-Fold.
7) Fate Deprivation-He can manipulate the tiniest of things to cause the worst of things to happen. He could also cause accident-like events to happen, such as machinery breaking down and/or not working, fires starting, objects moving and aneurysms in people's blood vessels.

Belial never chose his fate as Wrath, but given he was the eldest demon in existence it only suited him more and more. He desired a words and so he got one, eventually. After the fall, the title of Wrath was just sought after and important as today's most recognizable words. Wrath was a principle sin of not merely the humans on the globe below (or above, depending on perspective) but also of the demons and Lucifer himself. Azrael, before having power as an archangel during the war against Lucifer fought along side of Michael. Upon giving one last blow to Lucifer just before Michael could at last bind him, god gave Azrael the name of Wrath.
Azrael ruled over the Word of Wrath quite successfully until he had a misunderstanding with Belial. He good naturedly compared the rising of anger in wrath to the power of flames when they come across something especially combustible. Belial assumed that Azrael had intention to steal his Word. What was left of Azrael could be put into a plastic baggie. Belial attacked Azrael with the greatest of violence casting him from hsi own sights. Azrael was strong enough to hold him off for only so long alone. The archangelic council only saw it fit to challenge a Prince was to be worthy of the title of Archangel. Lucifer was angry, but not angry enough to punish Belial. The other Princes were disgusted (and perhaps somewhat rattled, for Wrath was a powerful word) but Belial had done this sort of thing before, and no one was quite stupid enough to call him on it.
Twice since then, Lucifer has crowned another demon with the Word of Wrath, and both times Belial has destroyed them, due to not being nearly as much a challenge as Azrael had been who was even defeated and rescued. Not because of something they said, but because he remembered what Azrael had said. Baal taught Belial the importance of a pre-emptive strike, and Belial believed in it whole-heartedly. After the first one had been immediately toasted, most of the Princes assumed that anyone else assumed to the doomed position would be put there for Lucifer's amusement. So, when a second attempt was made at refilling the seat of Wrath and was turned to ash, nobody paid much attention. It was, however, the last time Lucifer gave out the word for nearly a thousand years.
Belial kept his seat of power and ruled with it with an iron fist. Belial was a Balseraph of Factions, a favorite of Malphas (a Prince of Hell known among the other Princes as having few favorites) and absolutely Wordless. Originally, Belial had been a servitor of Saminga, but quickly discovered that Saminga had no sense of style. When Saminga became the Demon Prince of Death, Azrael was disgusted and appalled. Saminga would love to destroy Azrael, but finds his reclusive and subtle adversary impossible to confront directly. Belial enjoyed getting two people so angry at each other, either through trickery or lie, that they'd get in a fight and, of course, kill one another. Saminga didn't care about the how, just the result. Death was part of the fun to Belial, but just a small part. When his discontent with Saminga started to show, Malphas offered him a place under a Word that would suit him better. Belial immediately took him up on it.
Ever since his confrontation with Azrael he has always been known as the Prince of Wrath. His title slowly shaping him into the demon he is today.
Only holding what words were given to him in the ancient times, he still remained as the one who all believed as Wrath. but he ahd no true words jsut yet in the realm and mind of Hell.
Early on March 3rd of 1991, Belial started to work on what would be his masterpiece. He was determined to get a Word for himself, and he knew which one he wanted. He just needed the right catalyst and everything would fall into place. The work wasn't easy, he'd not allowed himself to tell his companions, for fear that one might try to take credit and take his Word. The cops were pathetically simple, needing only a brief conversation with an 'old friend' of theirs before heading into the office. The 'old friend' shared concerns that the drug problem in Los Angeles was caused by 'them damn negroes'. I'm sure you've figured out just who the 'old friend' was.
It took more than a year for one event to lead to another. The six policemen, with Belial's lies imprinted on their minds, beat a careless speeder nearly to death. An anonymous cameraman just happened to be at the right place at the right time. (Coincidence be damned.) The tape went public. The police were arrested. Most of them were subsequently acquitted, and on April 23rd of 1992 the riots started. Fires, murder, looting. Every Prince was impressed by the damage caused by one lowly Belseraph. The demon Nemesis was similarly impressed, it seems.
When the riots had been subdued, Belial petitioned for his word. He'd hoped to be given the Word of Demon of Riots. He was in for quite a shock. So was everyone who watched the event take place.
It was only later on long after the forgotten thoughts of Hell existed in most mortal minds that an event led the Prince of Wrath to claim forth his throne. Lucifer deemed him worthy of the Word of Wrath.
He of course held greater standards than that in hell no matter the circumstances. In the early age of mankind when man was granted Eden the Nephilim struck agianst the armies of God enraged he favored mankind of the Nephilim. So came forth the rising of the Horsemen.
Raised by her mother a beauty of no other lived in the ancient lands. Belial desired her more than anything. He was acclaimed the word of Wrath by mortals, but it was still not his to have. Lilith feeling sorry for her first child decided to make a real lady out of the beauty he desired.
Belial went to Limos, Famine, and asked for her hand in marriage. She knew nothing of the misery of Hell, but she soon had to succumb to it.
Lilith had dragged the poor girl at the age of fourteen to the depths of the Underwrodl where she was wedded off to Belial. He was not the greatest of husbands to her, but he truly felt love for her. she was his world and always shall be. She of course escaped hell amny times before to the point belial learned to live in misery and sorrow without her. The moments he is granted with her presence is the times that seem as if all Wrath in the world are gone.

Personality: Since Sachiel is an Angel he worries more than a human would, and he prays often for Laufeia's coming because she can hear his thoughts from miles away. He cares for his son Nathaniel more than anything as he is the only thing he has left of his beloved.
Background: Sachiel is a year older than Laufeia, but doesn’t know much about the mortal world since he was in the institution since the age of ten. He was made by the heavens to protect children when he was older, but in order to make him ready to have the encouragement to protect children, the heavens left him on a front porch of a brutal family. They beat him until he was five, then he was sent to an orphanage.
When he was eight years old a family finally adopted him, but within two years they realized he could heal people, and he had a big loving heart that most boys don’t seem to have, so they sent him away, and the institution screwed him up, but all in all he loves Laufeia and misses her day by day, and watches Nathaniel like a hawk in fear that he might lose him as well.
He started as a simple angel who healed the sick and weak protecting children, but now he is far more than just that he has the power over water after so long of experimenting.
At first, when roomed with his beloved he was not one to be so keen to accepting it, but he found that she was like him, in need of love and someone to care about. He fell for her and blessed her with a child, Nathaniel. It was not only this, but true love that keeps them bonded for life.

Background: Born to the Higher Archangel Lucifer, Angel of God. Originally born a Nephilim, but once war broke out and he sided with God and the Higher Archangels, Lucifer fell in vain.
Stefan never had love like his father gave him and throughout the ages even after the creation of mankind things were ruff for him as they expected him to turn like his father.
It took one mistake for Michael the Archangel who cast Lucifer out to cast Lucifer's son as well. Stefan believed mankind was corrupted and his father was winning against God's holy might. He proposed the destruction of mankind to better assist God in keeping Lucifer in place.
He was the first born child of Lucifer and it never looked good when you were around to see your father fall before you.
Michael disagreed the slightest with Stefan and cast him from the sight of Heaven. Not to be bound to Hell for his thoughts were not punishable by Flames of Hell, instead he was cursed to live off of mortal souls.
He hunts demons and Fallen angel's who sided with Hell only to gain back enough darkened souls to prove he follows God.
As Lucifer's son his power is great and sought for, but as a Fallen Angel just as his father his powers have darkened.

||▣|Personality|▣|| Energetic and enthusiastic, Romulus sees the glass half full. His optimism helps him carry on even in the most adverse situations. Even after his grandpa's death he ensured his life to remain as optimistic as possible.
Romulus is very straightforward and will call a spade a spade, so you know when he says something he means it. His honest comments, however, may be at times too harsh to handle for some people.
Romulus is also rather Intellectual. He is a very bright and an intellectual person, who is interested in a wide variety of subjects and can be an impressive conversationalists. Also seeming to hold a Philosophical point of view as well. He is a philosophical and religious individual with a strong sense of mortality and ethics. He loves to share his views on matters, such as the higher power and religious beliefs.
Romulus is a large-hearted person. He loves to help others reach their goals, find a way out of problems and lead a good life. Just as much so he must kill to gain power he holds kindness enough to let them die with their honor intact. He can't really help it as it was who he was raised to be and his own personality getting in the way of being a powerful warlock he demands respect just as much as he gives it.
Adventurous that he is, the warlocks are always willing to take risks and keep the excitement levels in their lives alive. But not nearly as much as Romulus. He finds if each day doesn't hold a chase of excitement then it is not a day worth living.
Known to be careless at times, Romulus tends to take things for granted, risking more than he should. His careless attitude attracts criticism from all corners.
Being honest and straightforward is one thing, being tactless is another. A lesson or two on how to handle things skillfully will definitely help him.
Romulus also believes that he knows everything and what he is doing is right, but quite often, he ends up making a lot of mistakes, owing to his overconfidence.
||▣|Backstory|▣|| Born in the City of Rome this is where true love seems to linger. Romulus was born to a couple who were very respected warlocks and had near complete influence in the Vatican. The couple had gone agaisnt their families wishes by falling in love. Kassiopeia Kirke, was the daughter of a powerful family with greater influence in the church and over the Pope of Rome. Her family descended from the Greek Sorceress/warlock Circe who was one of the first warlocks to relay in calling forth a demon of
Hell and striking a deal for her bloodline. Their rivals were the Trivinia family. Kassi however fell in love with Xanthus Trivinia. The trivinia family went back to ancient Pompeii where the warlocks had started one of their many fueds with the witches. This led to the ultimate destruction of Pompeii.
The families rivaling powers had existed for centuries since the evolution of Rome's true power. But love still found a way. Xanthus and Kassi had planned to run away together far from Italy and their families. However, Xanthus had a brother who was quit jealous of his brother and his great power. Antonius, Xanthus' brother, discovered the lovers and turned them in to his father. He ordered Kassi and his son both be found and killed. At all cost the couple had no choice but to eave. Kassi was at this point nine months pregnant with her son Romulus. Xanthus used every ounce of hsi pwoerto protect his love and his unborn son, but it was not jsut his family that trailed them and sentenced them to death condeming both unworthy of life, word had reached the Kirke family as they had decided death for Xanthus and only Xanthus. The families rivalry grew greater as open battles were fought and not even hunters could subdue them from revealing themselves.
It wasn't long before Kassi gave birth high in the Apennine Mountains. Just beyond Rome the families gathered at last reaching the couple. As Romulus was born the families had all gathered to kill only to see the miracle of life be given as well as the sadness of death.
Xanthus could not bare seeing that Kassi died during the birth of his son and gave all of his power to his son draining himself of his own life. Both the families, Trivinia and Kirke decided that day to set aside their differences. The witches of Kirke and the warlocks of Trivinia covens decided that if love gave birth to such a miracle between the families war with one another then perhaps they too could rule with love. Using their pwoer to restore te city of Rome and the minds of those who had seen what is real balance was created between the witches and warlocks of Italy.
Romulus was raised by his Kirke and Trivinia grandaprents who were given unfortunate deaths by Antonius, Xanthus' brother. He did not agree with the boy's life being spared and as it was the young warlock was at the age of maturity being seventeen years of age he and his uncle both battled only to spare the life of his uncle and have him imprisoned by the families. Leaving them to rule the covens of Italy on their own he made his way with the fortune and blessings of his relatives finding New Orleans where he could create peace among witches and warlocks just as his parents deaths had created such a thing. Finding New Orleans to be a haven for witches and warlocks alike this was where he was to start being taken in by the Lockwood coven rather quickly.

Havign the magic of his fahter added onto his own his real strength is mercy. He does kill, but he holds enough power to stay alive and powerful, but he shows mercy to those not powerufl enough to defend themselves. Not daring to drain them of their pwoer, not without an honorary death first.
He only kills those who deserve it. Taking the powers of witches and warlocks alike if they abuse their powers. Having enough pwoer hismelf to start a new coven he will not, but instead will go against the warlocks and witches who will only grow hungry for more pwoer. Their deaths could very wlel end wars like this.

Hecate is a Goddess, despite the way you are trying to portray her; and would make your character partially DemiGod. Witches, Warlock, Hunters, and Humans only. You've already been advised to remove it, so please do so. As for the "deal with the devil" the Lockwoods already have one with him; you can use a lesser demon but not the same one.
Romulus' persona...well it gives me pause. He's a ruthless cold-blooded killer, with a large-heart, who has a 'Robinhood' complex? Is he taking powers from the wicked and giving to the weak? Or he merely taking powers from whatever witch he happens to come across then gives them away to others? Including witches?
"Warlocks are witches that have taken to the path of darkness and committed the ultimate taboo: killing another witch to take their powers."
If a witch takes the powers of another...whether it was 'given' to them or they committed the murder themselves. They would still be considered a warlock. Most witches would rather die than to become a warlock. Only witches from a warlock family are an exception to that. So unless he was giving the powers to witches from warlock families already intending to become a warlock themselves-- the witch(es) wouldn't take the power(s).
Regardless...what's the point of being a warlock if he just gives away the powers that he absorbs? Not to mention that most witches and warlocks' powers are tied to their lifeforce. Have you ever seen the movie, The Covenant? The whole "I will you my powers" bit...and then they die? It's pretty similar in concept and it's not an easy feat. It takes some hardcore spell crafting to transfer power and if it would be extremely rare for the person giving away the power to survive it without help.

Humans-normal powerless beings who must be taught magic.
Elves-next to immortal beings who hold reign over magic.
Dragons-giving them their own kingdom and hierarchy according to colour.
Dragon Riders-A being of any race who has been taught Elven-Dragon magic making a connection with a single dragon and being able to only ride that single dragon until death do they part. The four kingdoms rely on their riders for many purposes.

Wizards/Sorcerers/Withes-humans who are traced back far enough to have a point of Elven blood causing the random burst of birth magic that occurs in elves only makign the rare gift given to those humans born with elven blood somewhere within them.
