Peter_bailey11 | 2 comments This book is set in the near future, where a breakaway Scotland attempts to assassinate the P.M. In response the government uses a mind control gas/method called {something} four to control parliament, and then the country. The inventor of {something} four goes on the run, and the computer system 'Britain' is used to chase him. {something} four turns out to have side effects, and an SAS team with brain implants is sent to get him back. In the end the inventor is found, and creates {something} five that uses direct brain implants to control the UK and then the world

The cover was a futuristic helmet/visior with the word KILL written over it
