MoD Applications

[Eros, Head Mod]

So of course I'm gonna need some MoDs.
I need people with fierce competitive attitudes and a strict observation for flaw.

MoD positions available:

◘Character MoD -Views characters to ensure everything follows format and meets standards at the highest point.

◘Spam MoD-Checks Roleplays and topics to ensure NO SPAM appears within the rp.

◘Topic MoD -Creates new topics approved by the Head Mod.

◘Rules MoD -Not only enforces the law, but send ideas to me for new rules

◘Roleplay MoDs -Two Mods who will ensure everyone is posting at least a paragraph per rp post.

◘Add ons and Suggestions MoD -Makes all ideas PMed to me and the Co-Mod for viewing. Nothing is approved without Head MoD approval.

◘Co-MoD -Second in command, but don't let the power get to your head. I'm still in charge of my group and I won't have someone taking they whole place over. Having this position allows me to think with two heads instead of just one. This person is expected to be just as strict as me and willing to do what is needed to be done for the greater good.

Requirements:
Must have applied for a higher rank position and achieved the position with at least two fully constructed characters in two different species.
Not including the one applied for which must also be fully constructed.

Must be a constantly active member who follows the rules without question and will ensure the rules to be followed.

One must be able to meet my standards and show great respect toward me and ones fellow MoDs and group members. Power is divided so I can ensure each thing needed to be taken care of is taken care of by an active member of the group.

Being Active is a strict necessity for the survival of the group.

Position Applying for: Well, regardless of which position I get, i am going to be hella on spamming because it HIGHLY irritates me. But I suppose I will shot for the stars and apply for Co-Mod. I have made one Nephilim and applied/been accepted for Azrael. I am currently in the process of coming up with what character I wish to make next. But you know me, I generally come up with some form of plot before making the character so I will have something to do with it :).
Why would you be good for this position?: Groups I like enough to take into my care tend to receive special care on my part. I am more driven to keep the activity of rpers as high as we can get it (which involves regular messages in mass from the group to keep the members informed and urge them to rp). I am also rather good at coming up with plots for a group as a whole as well as for specific characters. I think that as the second in command I will be more at ease when it comes to letting my imagination and creative side take control rather than feeling restricted.

I will understand if you do not accept me as a second in command--or if you do not wish to promote me as a mod in general. In honesty, I will not be offended if you do :).

Savannah honestly you think you aren't going to become a MoD of this group. I wanted to ask you, but I know how some people are with feeling ensecure about being a MoD so Now you ahve applied and understand the way things work...Welcome Co-MoD

Well thank you much for not pressuring me to :). When it comes to your groups I feel like i do better not being in charge at all because I know so little of the info you know so much of. But I think ive got a good enough grasp on this one to help :).
