The Steps
((Hahahahaha. I'm just a book nerd, as well as a romance geek. xDD))

((I've got to go. Um...This is the final RP I'll have done.))

((What? *starts to cry* Alright. We'll miss you, Ro!))

Elle sat on the cold marble steps, a book propped open on her knees. She was very pleased with the day, and intended to get some good quality reading time in before dinner. The book she was reading was titled The Hunger Games, a muggle fiction novel her muggle neighbor had recommended.

Elle gasped. "Oh! Merlin, I'm sorry!" She pushed her glasses up higher on the bridge of her nose.

Her mouth set in a scowl and her eyes ablaze with anger, Natasha came barreling down the steps.
"I never....that no-good....my nerves." She muttered under her breath, not lessening her pace until she was at the end of the steps. She came to an abrupt stop before two students.
"Excuse me," she stated tersely.

((Welcome Ally!))
Elle jumped. "What the! Calm down, she's just in a rush." She glanced at the girl. "Possibly." She added tartly.

"Fredric, I'm sure she had a perfectly good reason to be up there. I'm sure she meant no harm." Elle said sagely. "And anyways, how do you know she meant to be up there? Often I wind up somewhere I don't mean to be! You know how the castle is!" She looked fondly up at the tall turrets and great castle walls.

Elle showed them her book. "I was reading." She said firmly. "But Fredric why were you here? You nearly ran me over!" She said hotly.

Natasha barely refrained from rolling her eyes. That was a neat change of subject.
"Ravenclaw. I'm a seventh year. You're in Gryffindor too, aren't you?"

She shook her head absentmindedly. She wouldn't even think about what had just happened. It was humiliating. Instead she answered Frederic.
"My pleasure." She turned to the girl. "Elle, wasn't it?" She took the hand she offered.

((I've got to go, but I can continue tomorrow.))

((Me too!))
Elle said softly, "I won't tell, I swear." She said crisply. "Yes, it's Elle. Nice to meet you Natasha!"
Lovely! How lovely, I confess, alright Triss? I like being the center of attention! Thanks for reading.))
