"Obviously, I have to. I know every part of my castle like the back of my hand." Shetan opened the door for her and shoved it open.

"Yes, but I am fond of walking," Shetan said, looking down at her. "Besides, I would be bored if I just sat around in a throne all day long and was lazy 24/7."

"Odd? Not that odd. I do sit on a throne, I do order slaves and demons to do some things for me, but not all things."

"Weird," Shetan muttered. "We should be arguing. But you're at your room now, so we'll be separating right about now."

"Goodnight," Shetan muttered before leaving and walking back to his room. He closed his door and lay down in bed. Now that his back was taken care of, he felt much better. He drifted off into a deep sleep.

Saturday came, the next day of the weekend. Shetan slept in again and was glad he could, because he enjoyed being a lazy bum whenever he could.

Shetan was out there on the borderline of the fields, sitting on a stump and watching all the slaves work. He was thinking about Irene and wasn't surprised he was.

Shetan could barely hear what Emma was saying to Irene and spent his time listening to their conversation secretly. He did not object to their talking. Besides, it was a bit boring having to sit on that stump and do nothing because everybody was behaving themselves. He didn't have to punish anybody. He then felt eyes on him and looked over to see Irene looking at him.

Shetan held the gaze and continued to hold it somewhat briefly as she looked back down at her work and Emma. Then he looked around at the other slaves, resting his chin in his hands.

Shetan saw her stop and moved off the stump. He passed by her for a moment, looking at her, before heading inside briefly. Coming back out with a water bottle, he slowly walked up to her and handed it to her.

"What do you think it's for?" Shetan told her. "It's a hot day, you're obviously sweating, and if you're not drinking it, I will."

Shetan left her immediately, going over to a slave that really needed it and was sweating. Shetan gave it to the slave, which was another one of Irene's friends.

Shetan then went back over to the stump and sat there until the day reached a close. Then he got up and announced that the work was done for the day.

Shetan disappeared inside after giving a glance at Irene and Emma, who was talking to the guards. He drank some water and then a blood bag in the kitchen.

Shetan ate some food while they were in the showers. While they were in the dressing rooms, he sat in the living room and watched TV.

A bit later, Shetan finished watching TV, and he started heading upstairs to his room. As he went down a long hallway, he spotted Irene ahead.

Shetan slowly walked closer and closer to her before passing her. He didn't look at her very much, except for a few glances now and then. But then he stopped after he passed her, and he turned around and asked, "Are you okay?" She didn't look quite with it.

Shetan nodded a bit before starting to walk again, very soon finding his room and opening the door. He stepped inside.

Shetan closed his door behind him and plopped down into bed. Even though his bed was a king-size bed, it was still almost a wonder how his bed could hold his 600-pound body, especially if he threw himself on it.

Shetan was staring up at the ceiling blankly before hearing the knock. He got up and opened the door, a bit surprised to see her there. He rested a hand on his hip. "Yes?"

Shetan frowned, some concern on his features. "That would be bad, would it?" he muttered partially to himself before opening the door more. "Come in then. Last thing we need is him trying to make his disgusting love on you again."

"Might as well. You came to me," Shetan muttered, sitting down on the bed and looking at her.

"Well, the most comfortable place is my bed," Shetan said, standing up. "If you do sleep there, I can just sleep somewhere else." The only other options were sleeping in a chair or on the floor.

Shetan nodded a little and lay down on the other side of the bed, lying on his side with his back to her. His wings and horns were not out currently, so he wasn't crowding her.
