Then without a word, Shetan slowly came up and uncuffed her from the chair. He didn't even think; he just did it.

"I don't even know," Shetan muttered. "That proves I'm unpredictable even to myself. But I want to know one thing."

"After I saved you from Aemon when he was in your bed, why did you get mad after I spoke about slaves taking the weekends off?"

Shetan frowned a bit. "Well, I hope you do end up knowing sometime, because I want to know. But that moment there just proves that you have a hot, quick temper, too."

Shetan narrowed his eyes at her and then said, "You do have a temper. Admit it. If you admit it, I'll admit something to you."

"And why do I tick you off easily, besides me being a demon? Because you have a temper. No one would get angry by a simple thing of people not asking if you're okay unless they had a temper. That also proves that you only care about yourself."

"You deserve it, and I hate you! But even if I do hate you, I will admit that I did keep the demon away because I had a small portion of care."

"I did have a small portion of care when I drove the demon away," Shetan growled, not fully liking to admit it, but did anyway.

"You did comfort me in the cemetery. That's why a small part of me cares."

"Do you?" Shetan said sternly. You confuse me, too, by comforting me one minute and then losing your temper the next."

"Yes. Isn't it not wrong to have a temper? YOU were the one that said that," Shetan told her, proving a point. "It's hard not to get angry when you lose your temper!"

"Yes, I do!" Shetan started screaming at her. "And good! I hope it's hurting you! You bastard!" He was angry again.

Shetan watched her go before heading back to his room. He went inside and remembered his back wounds from the wolf. They were hurting again. Shetan tried to put medicine on them so that they wouldn't get infected, but he couldn't reach the wounds.

Shetan thought it was one of the demons or another slave. He started to say as he opened his door, "Oh, good, I was hoping for some help here--" He was cut off when he saw her. Medicine was in his other hand.

Shetan glared. "What is it? I could use some help as well."

"I just need help with taking care of my wounds so that they don't get infected. You're the closest person here, so it might as well be you that helps me." Shetan slowly handed her the medicine, opening the door more. "Come in."

Shetan grabbed some bandages and looked at her. "Come completely in," he said, sitting on the bed. "I'll need bandaging after the medicine is put on."

((Shetan doesn't wear a shirt, actually, LOL. :P))
Shetan turned a little so that his back was facing her more.

(xD)
Irene had never really noticed that Shetan was normally shirtless, since she was either arguing with him or being punished by him. She put some medicine on her finger and softly rubbed it on the large claw marks on his muscular back. She forced herself not to blush from doing this, remind herself she hated him and he hated her. Irene realized she was so tense.
Shetan gripped the sheets, his body tensing from the pain. He looked down, forcing himself not to moan or groan or cry out.

Shetan's grip on the sheets relaxed. He looked down at the sheets his hand was on as she rubbed the medicine.

"Thank you," Shetan muttered after some time. "Shall I do the same for your wounds?" He turned his head slightly so that he was looking over his shoulder at her out of the corner of his eye. "In case they're prone to infection?"

Shetan took the medicine and started applying it to her wounds. One wound looked a bit dangerous, like it could be or about to become infected. He put extra medicine on that before grabbing the bandages and wrapping the wounds.

"It still takes time for us," Shetan muttered before he finished bandaging her back. "It's done. Now I can show you where your room is," he said, standing.

Shetan scoffed a bit. "I don't know, and I don't care," he muttered as he thought of those disgusting angels. "I guess they might." He was already starting to lead her to her room.

"I don't like anything that to do with angels," Shetan said as they reached the hallway where her room was. "Here it is," he said as they got to it.
