Powers:
Fire manipulation-She can create and control fire. She can make fire into any shape possible.
Telepathic-Chance can read people's minds and force people to do things if she wanted, but she would probably never use it
Telekinetic- With her telepathic powers, she can also move things or distort them with her mind.
Personality: Chance is very nice and kind, but is also very confident and will get mad if you make her. Chance will stand up for her friends and protect anyone she cares about.
History: She used to live with her foster parents, but Chance never knew her real ones. Ever since she almost destroyed New York, She left her foster parents and never looked back. Chance felt bad and knew they would worry, but running for her life was more important.
Family: She is on her own now. Chance doesn't know who her real parent are, but still has her foster ones.

Invisibility- Wings have the ability to cloak her body when needed.
Personality: Friendly, Determined, Shy (at times)
History: Shira used to think compelling was fun, but now she always wears hoodies, hats, or glasses. Anything to conceal her hypnotic eyes. When asked, she says they are really vibrant contacts. Her invisibility came in handy though. 5 years ago, someone at school saw Shira fly up to a tree to get a ball stuck in the branches. That child told her parents about her. The girl's dad came and murdered Shira's mother, father, and younger brother. Shira was invisible then, so the father never found her. Shira had enough time to grab her now 6 year old sister, and her 18 year old brother.(Shira's whole family were/are mutants) They are now on the run, and seek escape.

~Phasing: Can pass through any object or person and can phase someone with her.

Personality: Robin is scared easily and because of her powers she usually ends up going through the floor. She's hyper and happy.
History: Because Robin has a hard time controlling her powers, she had problems of people coming after her. Robin is a petty thief stealing enough money to buy some food.Which is easily because she can just reached through their pockets and take the wallet.
Family: All dead.

Any extras?: When she touches water, that part of her becomes scaled (between fingers, inside of elbows and inside of knee bends become webbed)
Powers:
~When she touches water she becomes scaled and can breath under water.
~She can also talk to anything that lives in water.
~Slowly learning how to control water.
Personality: shy but can be outgoing at times, easily frightened, fast swimmer, funny, childish, etc.
History: Ever since Tia was little her grandmother had always told her to stay away from the sea.
Tie had with her grandmother and grandfather ever since her parents left her there when she was three. They abandon her and took both her older brothers and twin sister with them. Tia always thought her parents left because of her oddly coloured hair, that no die could change. But that all changed one day when she got angry with her grandmother and went for a swim in the sea.
As soon as Tia's body had emerged itself in the water, it changed. She because what her grandmother had told her stories about; a sea monster. Her blue and green scales glimmered in the light, causing even the cost guard to spot her.
That night her grandparents were killed and she ran off. Now she hides among normal people, trying to find her safe haven.

Personality: She's out spoken and a great actor. She's good at making friends. She's also a troublemaker, but trustworthy.
History: Aisha was a great actor ever since she was little. She could always connected and become the character. When her powers to develop she literally could become them. Aisha stirs up a lot of trouble.
Family: Her parents were both actors.

Darkness manipulation-he can control the shadows around him. Derek can use the shadows to conceal himself or to attack others. He can even use it to heal someone or summon shadow warriors, but must have a lot of strength to do it or he could die
Flying-He does not know why, but he has always been able to fly even though he does not have wings.
Personality:He is very kind, but loves to trick and prank people. Derek is the typical guy that loves to make people laugh. When duty calls, though, he will be completely serious and help anyone in trouble.
History:When Chance was 7, he was her only friend. They went to elementary school together before either one of them knew they were different. One day he went to school, though, his best friend disappeared all of a sudden and he never heard of her again until he saw the video.
Family:Derek's family does not know he is a mutant. They think he is as normal as any other person and they love him like always. They think he has gone off to some college in New York.

Personality: She will go out of her way for a friend. She is extremely paranoid and has a hard time even trusting fellow mutants. She has a kind nature though.

Shape-Shift- She can morph into anything she's seen.
Laser Eyes-When angered, or needed, Bell can shoot laser-like beams from her eyes.
Personality: For a little girl Bell is very mature and brave. She embraces her powers rather than ignore them. She is very friendly and outgoing. She and her siblings are a tight-knit group, and that's how Bell likes it. But she loves to talk to anyone and everyone.

Hair Color: naturally it would be blonde but he has dyed it black.

Powers: Hyperkinesis- gives him superhuman balance, aim, and reflexes. He can also predict the trajectory of objects in motion. This makes him a perfect shot and allows him to dodge bullets or trip a running person to cause him to fall into a specific position. His hyperkinesis also allows him to retrace the path of a projectile from only the apparent end result.
Transducer - basically means that he is an antenna that has the ability to intercept communications and encrypted messages with his mind. He can literally "see" electromagnetic wavelengths but has also been known to hear noises produced from the frequencies that even a synesthete can't hear. Can read electromagnetic wavelengths with mind power alone. Hacking into cellphone signals, television broadcasts, and Wi-Fi frequencies without any hardware is his specialty.
Personality: Very protective of his little sister. This often times makes him seem mean or even rude. He is the responsible one, making sure they have food and clothes and a place.to stay. He has shielded his sister from seeing the world as it really is.

History: Legacy knows she is Chance's twin sister. She is being held by the Military after getting her sister to safety. They don't know what she can do, they still think she's human, that's why they settled for abusing her instead. Legacy remembers her parents.
