I have The Sunflower, Light on Snow, and Happiness Sold Separately on my bookshelf if anyone wants any of these books, let me know!
Jo, The Sunflower is a book by Richard Paul Evans. He also wrote The Christmas Box & The Locket. It is a short little romance type book about a Dr who leaves the US to run an orphanage in Peru. Let me know if you'd like it. Holli and Mandy, I'll get this books mailed to you but it may be a week or so. Mandy, Just message me your address.
Cindy wrote: "Thanks Mandy! I think I've read some pretty good ones this year. One of my latest 'favorites' was Light on Snow. This is the first Anita Shreve I've ever read and I really enjoyed it."I've read several of Anita Shreve's books and have enjoyed most of them! I'd say she's one of my favorite authors.
Cindy, have you read Nickel and Dimed On (Not) Getting By in America? I saw it on your TBR shelf. I have it and will send it out with your Jen Lancaster book if you want it. :)
I haven't read it but have it on my bookshelf. Thanks for posting the Jen Lancaster book! Seems everyone is finding them quite funny; that's what I need right now! Did you like it?
Did you read the Nickel and Dimed book? Need to be reading some off my shelves instead of getting more!
96. The Beach Street Knitting Society and Yarn Club by Gil McNeil....enjoyed this one, a nice story!
Shelby, I'm not sure what to read next, but should pick up one of the ones on your TBR shelf so I can get them to you! I think you still want to read Still Alice, Peony in Love...but what was the other one? Have you read Snow Flower and the Secret Fan??? I have it too and just wondered if I should read this before Peony in Love or if they're stand alone.

Lol..no hurry Cindy! I have several to keep me busy and school starts back in a week so I'll be a tired momma mia.
Snow Flower and the Secret Fan is stand alone. As is Peony in Love. Both are my favorites by Lisa See. I wasn't enthralled by Shanghai Girls though. Peony might be a good Halloween tale since there's ghosts involved ^.^
98. Home Repair by Liz Rosenberg....was a little disappointed in this one!OCTOBER
99. Yes, My Darling Daughter by Margaret Leroy....this one was really good!
I just mailed you out a note yesterday! Left your book (The Love Season) at work, so will have to wait till I go back to get it mailed to you.
I sent you a note on twitter that I need your addy. I got the card filled out and then didn't have your addy, I was pissed!! :)
Yay! I think I'm up to like No. 7 on the Physick Book of DD wish list...so shouldn't be too much longer!
Maybe I'm lost...I thought I was sending Love Season to Cyndi and I sent Blue Bistro to Holli. Didn't I send you The Lost Recipe for Happiness Cyndi?? Did you get it? It is really good too! Can't keep up with all this! ha
No worries, Holli. I have plenty to keep me busy!!Cindy, I did receive it, right before Freddie's surgery. Thank you!
He's slowly getting better. He's still in a lot of pain, he called the dr and the dr said thats why its an 8 week recovery! He is out and about, I bitch that he needs to rest, he doesn't listen!
