I added a bunch of books to the shelf last night, and I wanted you to know that I just pulled them off of College Board's "Top 101 Novels" list. I am not neccesarily recommending them personally. I'll add some personal recommendations later. A few "American Greats" are conspicuosly absent from the list, namely The Great Gatsby, The Grapes of Wrath, and Adventures of Huckleberry Finn. I left them off intentionally only because they will be required reading next year. Not that you can't read them whenever you want, I'm just letting you know.
