Here's some proof that I have too much time on my hands:

Please don't make too much fun of the crazy cat lady with mad, untapped windows movie maker skills.

Jackie "the Librarian" | 8991 comments Hahahahahahahaha!!!! Sally, I love that you list all the cats' nicknames in the credits, too.

RandomAnthony | 14536 comments We never had a cute cat thread. It's all in your imagination.

Those look like nice cats, though.

RandomAnthony | 14536 comments By the way, my first few days after the semester ends always feel really, really weird, too...

Heidi (heidihooo) | 10825 comments I brought it back up to the top, Sally (the funny animals thread, I mean). :)

I wish I worked in academics.

Jackie "the Librarian" | 8991 comments Me too, Heidi.

Heidi (heidihooo) | 10825 comments I think I should reconsider my field of work just because I'd love a reeeaaaally long summer break and winter break.

message 9: by RandomAnthony (new)

RandomAnthony | 14536 comments I don't have a summer or winter break. I have a twelve month contract. However, work changes after the semester ends...it's just a different type of work...more office stuff, quieter...but probably busier when classes are out of session, all told.

Heidi (heidihooo) | 10825 comments Then I think I'll amend that previous post to say I want to be a kindergarten teacher.

Cosmic Sher (sherart) | 2234 comments Sal, that was cool. Makes me miss my cats.

For those of you who are cat lovers, there is the funniest comic called The Mows. It's life from the viewpoint of the artist's cats, and hilarity insues daily.

Matt | 819 comments In case I never mentioned it before, Sally, I love that you named your black cat Marla Singer.

Jackie "the Librarian" | 8991 comments Hahahahahahaha!!! It may be useless, Heidi. :D

Where did the King Soopers reference come from? I need to rewatch.

Thanks, guys, for all your kind comments.
We've had a HUGE yardwork day here today. So I'm pooped. But I'm going to share some progress pictures.

I like what you're saying, RA, about how just because classes end, the work doesn't end, it just changes. I'm now going to be in high gear reading and writing and producing my own stuff this summer.
