SOLVED. An old romance novel, I think it had "spring" in the title. [s]

i read this book when i was really young, and would really like to find it again. it's a romance novel - about a woman named tracy who is a reporter and agrees to go home with a fellow employee and pretend to be his fiancee over the christmas holidays. i think his name was josh, maybe? or maybe it just started with a j. and on the way home, they end up stuck in a snow storm staying in a hotel - in the same room, of course - and having sex. she gets pregnant. they are together for a while, but when he find out she's pregnant he dumps her. of course, they end up together - when she finds out that he didn't think he could ever get someone pregnant because his exwife told him he was infertile.

any help appreciated! i read this in the 80s - so it's definitely pre-1990s!

This makes me think of Sandra Brown's Tidings of Great Joy, which has the holidays and a hookup between people who don't know each other well and a pregnancy, but the other details don't match up very well. The original pub date was 1988.
