Trying to list a book giveaway, but getting error message

Author Michael Poage of the book Voiceover would like to do a book giveaway. When he tried to list his book it was rejected with the following message:

Book can't be blank
Book invalid book id
Book doesn't match any books in our database
Book isbn (9781930781757) doesn't match any books in our database

All the fields are filled out correctly. Can you please advise?

That is because the book is NOT in the database. Adding now

Please provide:
* Title
* Author(s) name(s)
* ISBN (or/and ASIN)
* Publisher
* Publication date
* Format
* Description
LINK to cover [if there is one yet] to a non-seller website - Amazon is exception

Alexis, unfortunately, whoever added the book put the ISBN 13 in the ISBN 10 slot, so it truncated and didn't come up in a search. I've fixed it now.

The Book ID is correct, I have the right ISBN 13, I've had this request in for over a week and nothing so far. Can we get this on track?

What is the book?

Librarians can only check that the book and covers and suchlike are OK. The only people who can tweak giveaways are Customer Support.
