Ashley- "About the note..."

"Oh, that, well, um....I'm going to tell him yes..." she said, awkwardly picking at a frayed edge on her book cover.

Ashley- I smile at that, going on to ask "Because you like him or because it would be weird if you didn't?"

".....well, um.....because I...sorta like him." She admitted.

Ashley- I grin now. "That's good--well I'll let you get to class, sense I'd hate to be the one that got you in trouble."

Ashley- "Okay!" I say then start to head off to my own class

Clair sighs and then walks the rest of the way to her class, barely making it before the bell rang.

Ashley- I walk into class going to sit by Max. We had this class together and sense neither one of us really knew anyone else in here we sat by eachother.

Clair sat down in the only empty seat left, in the front.

Ashley- I start taking notes.

She sighs, pulling out a piece of paper to take notes if she had to.

Ashley- I finish taking the notes and sit back in my seat bored now

The class goes by basically in a boring blur. When the bell rang Clair quickly gathered her things and rushed out the door and into the hallway

Ashley- I walk out of the class with Max, talking about the football game that was going to happen before the dance.


Josh- I was just now walking out of class, seeing as I'd ended up stuck behind everyone.

Clair went to her locker and shoved her books inside, she had a free hour now, so she didn't know what she was going to do.

Josh- I sigh, as I walk down the hall. Not sure what to expect at lunch, if she'd gotten the note by that time. Seeing Ashley walking with Max. huh, was Max the guy that she'd gone on and on about the other night? Not very likely but hey. Then again. You could never know with her.

Clair headed to the library deciding to use her free time there.

Ashley- I say good- bye to Max and head off to find Lucas from the football team, sense he'd asked me to the Prom and I'd agreed. It would be weird if we didn't hang out before hand.


Josh- I head over to Max when Ash starts to leave.

Clair finds a book to read and settles in at one of the tables.

Josh- "Hey, what's going on?" I ask when I get over to Max


Max- I shrug. "Nothin' much... Ashley just ranted my ear off about her date. You?"

She opens the book and starts to read, but quickly looses interest in the book.

Josh- so I guess, he wasn't her date after all... "Same. Hey are you going to be at practice tonight?"

Max- "Of cross, do you really think I'd want to get yelled at for missing it 2 weeks before the game?"

Josh- I shake my head laughing. "No, not after he made Jim do last time him missed"

She pulled out a piece of paper instead and started to doodle. She sighed, trying to think of something to draw.

max- I nod my head


Josh- I also nod as we start down the hall

She finally just gives up on the idea of drawing as well and sits still watching the clock and waiting for an idea of something to do to hit her.

Josh- after a while of walking I tell Max that I'd talk to him later and then start off for study hall.

Josh- Once I get there I just sit there seeing as I'd finished everything already.

The rest of the hour seemed to pass quickly, the bell rang and Clair gathered her things. At least now was lunch.

Josh- I grab my pack and head off to lunch seeing as I'd already swapped out the things I'd need for after lunch. Which wasn't much.

She went to her locker and threw her things in before heading to the cafeteria.

Josh- I wait in the lunch line seeing as I hadn't had enough time to pack something today.

Clair walked in and headed to the end of the lunch line.

Josh- It was moving a lot faster than it was most days. Once I had my tray I go over and pay for it before starting out for our table

A few minutes later Clair got her tray and then went to sit down.

Ashley- I look up when Josh sits down. "Hey!"


Josh- "um hey--? what has you all happy?"


Ashley- "Oh nothing....I was just going to ask Cass when she gets here if she wants to go help me pick out a dress for Prom."

Josh- I narrow my eyes at her. "Okay--" Not beliving for a minute that she could be that happy about shopping.

Clair walks over to the table and sets her tray down. "Hey." She said before sitting down.

Ashley- I was the first to look up, and see her. "Hey!"


Matt- I walk over from the other line and sit down next to Josh. Giving the girls a small smile in virson of a 'hi'

Clair smiled a bit, "....you seem more inthusiastic than usual." She directed towards Ashley

Ashley- "What? Maybe I'm just happy, and also Rock's has 50% off all Prom dresses this weekend. So that's just a plus!"


Josh- I look between Ashley and Cass starting to get worried.

Josh- I give the one last look before saying "So... what's everyone doing this weekend?"

"I probably will not be doing anything aside from almost dieing of boredom..." She answers before opening her water bottle and taking a sip.

Ashley- "well you already know what I'm doing.."


Matt- I listen to them talk.

Josh- I laugh knowing it was true. Seeing as I've been dragged on to many of those shopping trips as it was already.


Ashley- "What? I go different places on weekends. It's not like I go to the same place every time."
