Nick- I smile at her then go on ahead and start interdocing the rest of them. "This is, Mat, Alex, Jace," I say letting each one of them nod or say somthing before going on to the next

Clair nodded, smiling a bit and glancing in Josh's direction, "yeah...no kidding."

Josh- I look over and smile at her a little bit

Clair smiled back at him a little before facing forwards again, glancing around the lunch room at the many crowded tables.

Josh- "If you're planing on telling me what she said to you, don't bother caz it's not happening." I say to Nick

Nick- I srugh. "Whatever man, just thought I'd tell you. But if you don't want to hear it that's fine I won't bring it up again."

Josh- I nod "Okay then."

Clair glances between nick and Josh, wondering yet again what had gone on between Josh and Ashely,she glanced down at her tray, trying to push her thoughts aside.

Mat- I let them keep talking and start talking to Cassdiey

Mat- "So, how're you liking you're classes?"

Clair shrugged, "they are okay, but class is class, none of its really good...."

Mat- "yeah, most of the classes here are just that. class. nothing amazinly cool or anything like that."

Nick- I glance over at Josh, feeling like i need to occupy the silence, "..so...did your meeting with coach go well earlier?" I ask, absentmindedly pushing around the muck on my lunch tray with a fork.

Clair looked down at her charm bracelet, the only thing of her old life she had been allowed to keep, she wished the incident had never happened, but in some ways she was glad it had happened.

Josh- "It went better than i thought it would. He said that he'd keep me as runnerback if I can up my grade in Sic."


Mat- I start messing around and pushing the stuff on the try around

Nick- I nod, silently wondering why coach had been so lenient lately, i push the thought from my mind, not one to look a gift horse in the mouth. "Well thats good.."

Clair sighs, looking at the clock on the wall, it felt like it should be later than what the clock read, but maybe thats just because she was eager to get home.

Josh- "Don't you have a meeting with Coach later today?" I ask

Nick- i groan, forgetting about it until now, "...yeah, at 1:45....hopefully he's in a good mood." I mutter.

Clair finishes with her tray and gets up to put it away.

Josh- "Yeah, hopefuly someone didn't piss him off to bad today."


Ashely- I see Nick and Josh talking and run up to them and sit down, leaning over to hug Josh really fast


Josh- I move out of her reach before she can hug me

Nick- i nod, rolling my eyes when i see Ashely and look down at my lunch tray silently.

Clair walks to the tray return window, quickly handing it in before starting on her way back to the table.

Josh- I get up to go dump my tray, and return it.


Ashely- I pout as he gets up and leaves then turn to Nick

Nick- i glance up, only to see Ashley turned towards me. I sigh, grabbing a napkin from the dispenser and wipe away the crumbs spilled on my part of the table, stalling.

Clair walks past the trash cans, glancing ahead at the table and noticing Ashely was there.

JOSH- I walk by and then cheagts Clair's wrist as I head back

Josh- I glance back at the table without her notciing. Then ask "you wanna get out of here?"

Clair glances around at the crowded cafeteria and then nods.

Josh- "okay, come on." I say as we start walking diging out my phone and text Nick really fast 'see ya later.'


Ashley- I sigh and lean back in my set then say "Well- in that case I was wondering if you might want to go together."

Nick- i sigh, "...i dunno." I hear my phone beep and pull it out, seeing Josh's text, i quickly text back, 'what? Your leaving me alone with psycho chick?!'

Nick- i read the text, then start to wonder how i didn't think of that first. I turn to Ashley, looking at my watch, "...hey, I'm late for a meeting with coach, i gotta go." I say, getting up from the table.

Josh- I slip my phone away as we leave the Caff

Josh- I srugh. "Figered I'd show you around the school some before all the crazys come out and charge us." I say

Clair nods, "oh..yeah, that might be helpful." She says, thinking about earlier disastrous attempts of navigating the halls.
