Ashley- "well I gotta head to class even though I'd raither not but can't afrod to be late again." I say

Clair nodded, "yeah, i better get to class too." She said, looking down at her scedual to see what she had now.

Ashley- I walk away starting to head to class wondering if i'd be able to get Nash to take me out to dinner tonight

Josh- I turn the corrorn.

Clair slowly walked down the hall, her attention on checking the room numbers to find the right one.

Josh- I walk into my class

She finally finds the math classroom and quickly goes inside, taking the only seat left, right in the front.

Josh- the teacher starts talking about something

Clair kept her eyes trained on the desk, determined not to make eye contact with anyone. She hoped this class would go by quickly.

Josh takes notes really fast even though he planed to not reread them ever again. He just needed somthing to do

Josh- I look up at the clock and see that we only had like 20-15 mintes left

Clair breathed a sigh of relief, picking up her things and rushing out into the hall, hoping to beat the bulk of the crowd in the hall.

JOSH- i run by my locker to get somthing out of it

Clair threw her things in her locker, happy to have gotten through another class hour without problems.

Josh- I close my locker then walk over to where Cassadey is at

Josh- I nod. "yeah most classes are boring here. you meet anyone new in class?" I ask wondering if anyone else had talked to her

Clair thought about it a moment, "...um, yeah...one person, Ashely if i remember right...said she is a friend of yours."

Josh- I almost choacked on my spit when I heard that. Having to clear my troat for a moment before I could talk again. "Well, that's one way of putting I guess."

Clair looked over at him, slightly confused, she started to wonder what exactly he meant by it but brushed the thought away.

Ashely- I see Cassadey talking to someone and walk up to them. "Hey, Cass." I say as I come up

Josh- I look between them while nither one of them where paying adtion

Ashely- I look over at josh then. "oh hey I didn't see you their!" I say

Clair glances between them, frowning a bit at the fact Josh seemed un comfortable. She pushed the thought away.

Josh- "I'll talk to you later about dinner tonight. Or I could find you in the lunch room and we could hang out there." I say to Cassadiy slipping my phone into my pocket again.


Ashely- I cross my arms, for a moment then uncross them again and say "You don't have to leve on acount of me you know."


Josh- "I know and belive me I'm not. But I do really do need to get to a meeting with the football coach." I say standing up

Ashely- I srugh, "well whatever." I say

Clair wondered what exactly was between them, what was she missing? She turned to Josh, "okay, sounds great, ill see you at lunch." She forced a smile, wondering if she should really be hanging around this Ashely girl, maybe there was a specific reason why Josh wasn't completely comfortable around her, then again maybe it was just in her head.

Josh- "See ya their Cass" I say then start to head onto the meeting.


Ashely- Once he'd gotten far enough out of ear shot I say "So, anyways...."

Clair watched him leave, then turned back to Ashely, wondering what she had wanted in the first place.

Clair looks down at her notebook a little embarrassed by being caught off guard, "..oh..nothing...i was just thinking about some things,...like the outrageous math homework." She replied, trying to keep from further questions over exaggeratively rolling her eyes after wards for more authentic results.

Ashley- "Oh gosh, do you have Mrs. Robens? she's always the one that gives the most math homework." I say

Clair sighs, "..yeah...i don't even remember how many times she stopped the lesson just to yell at kids, i mean seriously does she have no joy in life??.." A year ago Clair would of never even dreamed of saying these things, but now she was different, that year had changed her more ways than one.
