She opens the theatre door and steps out.

Josh- I walk out after her then stop blinking my eyes a few times

Clair was a few feet away, waiting for her eyes to adjust fully.

Josh- I blink one more time then my eyes get better

Josh- I catch up to her then lead her out of the thearter.

Clair follows, half way sad to be leaving the theatre, but she would have plenty of opportunities to come back.

Josh- I run my hands though my hair as we head down the block

"...so...are the streets always this quiet?" She asks, trying to create conversation.

Josh- "yeah mostly, most people this late like to stay in and not get out much on weeknights unless theres somthing going on."

josh- "yeah, the most likely place you'll find them at this time is either at home having dinner or at some other restront"

Josh- I look over at her then ask "How's it like in the city?"

Clair sighs, "...all the streets are always busy....never quiet at all. It can be 1:00am and rhe streets are still packed with people.."

Clair smiles a bit, "...you can definitely tell between day shift people and night shift people.." She says.

Clair shrugs, "...you could say that, but theres also the whole thing of they don't come home drunk at 7:30 am singing christmas carols in the middle of july.."

Josh- I burst out laughing! "I'd almost like to just go there to vist so that I could just see that."

Clair laughs, thinking about some of the scandals, "...yeah...i think the best one i saw though was when a guy was so drunk he took the man who was working at the front desks sandwich and yelled at him for, 'taking and trying to eat his motorcycle' ...that was just nuts." She says, trying to catch her breath from laughing so much
