Need help finding specific book!

I remember reading a review about a novel that was released this year (the spring?) about a woman who had attempted suicide and was either a detective or journalist but definitely a crime-solver. I think it took place in Ireland? I also think there was a car on the cover? But I'm definite about the attempted suicide part. I've searched google with every possible combination of those descriptors with no luck.

Do you know the book? Have any idea where I can begin to find the book?
