applying for librarian

I applied and was accepted some time ago, and somewhere at the top of a page it says I have librarian status. However, when I try to update a cover, it says I need to be a librarian. So, I applied again a few days ago. How to I get the site to recognize me as a librarian? I am an author. Finally, if I can't be a librarian and the book has a 2-year old cover, do I have to find a librarian to make the change? Thanks. Elaine Orr

Thanks. So, if I add a BN edition and then combine it with the Amazon edition somehow, does that work? I'm not quite getting it--not unusual for me sometimes! Thanks.

And if you want the newer cover featured on your author page, search results, facebook shares, etc., just set it as primary edition (how to directions in #4 of Author FAQs at top of this group's discussions).
