:15 for 20 works for me. And distraction for me was the need to go to the bathroom if that counts for the last sprint. Lol

Cause I always seem to initiate them too quickly and people don't see it or respond in time and it creates more confusion...LOL

I would say anything that interrupts reading counts as a distraction.

And I have to stick with one book at a time. If I dont then its like I'm cheating on my current book. lol I know that sounds odd, but it is just how I have always been.
