Hello Mehsi! (: No need to be nervous! All we do here is read and that is what we all are great at! (:
Hello Jacquelyn. That is true, reading is what we are great at! So how does it work? You just say when to start and for how long? Do you also need to mention the book you are reading?
Yes, we usually just say for example, "Want to start at :45 for 15?" or whatever. Sometimes people forget to mention the book they are reading but it is always nice to know what the other is reading. Usually, sprints are either 15, 20, or 30 minutes. How long would you like this sprint to last?
Ok, thanks for explaining it all to me! It all sounds really easy and also really fun. Since it is my first time doing this, let's begin with 15 minutes. :)
It is indeed fun! (: And awesome! 15 minutes it is! I think that is my favorite duration. I get so distracted during 30 minute ones!
Okay so shall we go at :15 for 15?
Maybe it will be a new addiction. :)Mm I know the problem with getting distracted.
That sounds good. I will be starting with a new book that I had on my bookshelves for quite a bit:
It is indeed addicting. I start one sprint and I find myself hours later still doing them! (: Hope you enjoy your book! (:
I am loving it! :D I think it will become my favorite book of all time! (: One minute until start time! Good luck! Have fun!
Oh congrats! Good job!Now I can only say one thing: Darn you Jacquelyn, now I am addicted to Reading Sprints. ;) It was really a lot of fun!
Mehsi wrote: "Yes please. :) I would love to!"Woo! So happy I now have another reading partner! (: woohoo! How is :40 for 15?
Jacquelyn wrote: "Mehsi, LOL! I love them! Hey, at least it is a good addiction! :D"I love them too, I can imagine why this thread is so popular. :) And indeed, it is a very healthy and good addiction to have!
Jacquelyn wrote: "Woo! So happy I now have another reading partner! (: woohoo! How is :40 for 15?"And I am happy that you pmed me about this! Thanks! And that sounds like a great idea. 15 minutes it is.
I know, I never thought it would be this popular! :D And awesome! You liked the 15 minute one right? Or would you like to increase the time?
I sometimes scrolled past this thread, and was like, meh probably not fun, but I am really happy that you pmed me and showed the loveliness of this thread! :)15 minutes is perfect, then I got some time to do some things before my boyfriend gets home.
So I will probably be popping up here quite a few times during the day when I have time. :)Good luck to you too! See you in 15 minutes.
Jacquelyn wrote: "It really is! :D I read 26 pages! Only have a few pages left!"Congrats! Great job. How is the book?
My book is too! Glad you are enjoying your book! Since you said you have some things to do before your boyfriend comes home I will see you later! Hopefully we can fit in some more sprints!

So amazing! I do not want it to end! Definitely my favorite of this year and all time.

Good to hear that. And it took me a bit to get back in the book/characters, since I read the first book in the series about a year or so ago.
Yep, just have some little things to do.
I will see you later, maybe if I have some time this evening I will pop by, and otherwise tomorrow. Can't wait for more sprints!

Lol, I am sure it is more healthy then my chocolate addiction that is popping up again with both Christmas and St. Nicholas close by. :) Chocolate! Chocolate everywhere!
LOL! Yes, most certainly healthier than that! haha! By the way, I finished Every Day. Here is my review: https://www.goodreads.com/review/show...
