I don't post religiously like most people do but not because I'm lazy but because I feel I post sufficiently. I average about 100+ people a month, not sure if that's good or bad but it puts a smile on my face and tells me at least people visit my site. The idea is to keep up content, keep it fresh to attract visitors. If your into blogging try writing blog posts frequently, if your into pictures or contests or giveaways then post then and host them. The more active you are on your site, the more people you will attract plain and simple.
