Baking Joking around Hiking His God father Helping peopleOliver James Twist likes, no loves, to bake. His favorite smell is flour, his favorite food is bread, and his favorite place to be is the kitchen. Oliver also likes to have fun and joke around, in the kitchen he tries to keep things light, but orderly. He bakes breads for the homeless shelters of San Diego once a month because he likes to help out. Oliver is one special guy, he volunteers at the shelters on his down time as well. When he's not baking, volunteering or hiking he's hanging out with his God father Charles. He loves his God father, and actually calls him dad. Family, or what little family he has, is important to Oliver and he doesn't take them for granted.

Oliver will get into a fight over his family and friends, but not for himself. His parents died right in front of him at five years old so people dying on him is big on his dislike list. He doesn't take it well, and tries not to think about how he will even die one day. He was told he couldn't do a lot by his peers and teachers in school while growing up so he takes someone tell him he can't do something to the extreme. He believes he can do anything he puts his mind to. He's a very strong willed guy.

History
Early childhood
Oliver was raised the first five years of his life in an expensive town house, his father worked for a corporate firm, his mother was a photographer for a popular magazine at the time. He was a happy little boy, he went to the best preschool, had everything a boy could want, and his parents loved him to death. His parents were only children so he didn't have cousins to play with, but his God father visited often, as did his family, and Olivers grandparents were a constant in his young life. One day his parents decided to take Oliver to a new toy shop that had recently opened down town, little did they know that there had been gang problems in the area. After they had a good time in the shop and exited they were held at gun point. They did everything the men in bandannas said to do, and still they were shot, leaving a five year old boy to stare in horror at his parents blood flowing out onto the streets. His God Father Charles picked him up at the police station, the will was read and he was put in Charles' custody. Oliver was sent to a shrink the next six years of his life, he was moved to a new school, and had a new life. Charles was wealthy, just like his parents, so Oliver didn't know poverty, but seeing his parents killed changed him. He withdrew from his surroundings for a good long while.
Adolescence
As he entered his teenage years Oliver decided to suck it up and make something of his life. He dived into his studies and actually started interacting with his adoptive family. He found out what it was like to have cousins, aunts, uncles, and loved every second of it. His adopted dad was Italian, so his family was very big, and he could've taken advantage of some family perks with some of the bullies he had nagging him. Instead he didn't tell his dad about any of it, he kept quiet and continued through highschool doing what he wanted no matter what anyone else said. He had one boyfriend and one girlfriend in highschool, neither one worked out. Oliver took classes in baking, and received a scholarship to attend Le Cordon Bleu in France. He accepted of course and went away for the first couple years of his adulthood.

After he was done being educated Oliver returned home and spent time with his family. He'd missed them terribly, so he took a year off and just helped his dad out in the family business, a butchers store. He got connections while working there and found out about a bakery hiring. He quickly put in his resignation and moved on to working there instead. His dad didn't mind and was proud of his son. Oliver worked his way up the years he was there and is now head Pâtissier. He's decided to move to New York to investigate opening up a second café, so far it looks very promising.

History: Autumn was born to a Shadowhunter father and a mundane mother. She inherited so little of her father's genes, she was born a mundane too. Her father was an alcaholic, and Autumn's mother ran away with Autumn when she was 2. Then, when she was 7, Autumn's mother died after being attacked by a vampire. Autumn saw all of this through the glamour. She became homeless, and, over the years, has seen thousands of things through the glamour, which has driven her to the point of insanity.

History:
Birth and childhood: Abbi was born in New Zealand, to Zara, an unemployed musician, and Dylan, a game developer. She had a completely normal family, although as an only child she was a little bit spoilt. Eventually they moved to New York because of her dad’s job.
Adsolence: Abbi’s adsolence was pretty boring. The fun really started when she turned eleven, or ‘thirteen’, and a talent spotter found her busking. She ended up being signed to a record company.
Finding a New World: Her history in the world of Shadowhunters started at about the same time. She was saved from being used as a sacrifice by a band of demons by some Shadowhunters, but, thanks to her very clear mind, and with a little bit of help from her mother’s Nephilim background, saw it all. Abbi, being at that point power hungry and deceitful, threatened to tell the whole world about the existence of Shadowhunters, demons and all the other things hidden from the world for so long. They quickly said they could give her whatever she wanted. Her wish was- well, unlimited wishes. They told her that was impossible, but found her something that wasn’t. They found a warlock who was willing to grant Abbi wishes, as long as he could. He moved in next to Abbi, and posed as a teenager her age named Brandon, well her fake age, so Abbi could come over to his house as much as she liked so she could get her wishes granted. Not only does she get wishes granted, she drinks special concoctions he has made, so she has different things or powers every day. She now lives with Brandon, thanks to her parent’s flexibility, and they’re dating.

Paige has always had the gift of sight and talked to her parents about it. Her parents became worried and put her on medication for hallucinations. When she didn't stop seeing them, she was sent to the counselor which was where she met Alexandrea, a Shadowhunter. When Alex left the school, Paige felt really alone until she ended up running into her again; seeing through her glamour. She was brought to the institute for training.

She was moved to honors math her sophomore year and is one of the best students in her high school. Other than intelligence in school Kaye is extremely bright in other ways such as street smarts. She is observant in the wavy people hold themselves and in there mannerisms. Though this factor is somewhat scary to her, she knows many ways to get information from people and deceiving has always come easy to her and she will go to any lengths to keep from using it. Kaye is astute and understands peoples limits and emotions, she knows how to tip toe through difficult situations and keep her own emotions in check. She is quite witty and sarcastic at times though she is usually somewhat solemn and serious, keeping to herself. Kaye is honest and trusting, loyal and stubborn.

She started leaving Kaye alone for long periods of time, so she was practically self raised, and her mother was drunk and wasted 24/7.
When Kaye was in high school she began track and field to help let out some of the pent up anger and she found that she was extremely good at the sport. She wanted something more than her upbringing and when she was sixteen she left home to live in Brooklyn in a small apartment. Ever since her fathers death she has been a bit obsessed with understanding and finding out what happened, though the mission is beginning to feel rather hopeless to her.

Personality: Sammy's a cool, cold, and collected girl with an unnerving gaze. She doesn't talk much, but when she does, it's probably to give ominous warnings that no one really takes seriously. She was bullied as a child, and reacts harshly if she sees it happening in her local school.
History: She was injected with an incredibly small amount of angel blood as a 3-year-old, and while it didn't do much, it did give her the Sight and ability to see into the future at times. Not far into the future, though: only about a month at a time, and not often.
