My mistake...of course it was the Imperio curse, not cruciatus! My character is in Slytherin (so she should have known that one!). x

THE HIPOGRIFF: is believed to live in Ceret or in the Rhiphaean Mountains. Some however, believe that the Hipogriff doesn't really live anywhere, since it is a magical creature that flies, so therefore it cannot really settle in one place.
THE BASILISK: It is usually found in a hole in the ground, but it hatches from an egg. Nagini is found in the Harry Potter series as Voldemort's pet.
DRAGONS: There are various locations throughout the world where they are found, but no one has confirmed where exactly you could find them.
