FYI, there are other authors with the same name as yours. To disambiguate authors with the same name, Goodreads uses extra spaces between first and last names. You are Michael^^^Walker, where the ^ are spaces (i.e., you have three spaces between your names). If you add more books or book editions to Goodreads in the future, remember to use three spaces.

Also, the createspace link didn't work for me, and Amazon appears to be down at the moment (madness!), so I used the cached Amazon page for your book as the source of the cover. I think it's got a high enough resolution, but let a librarian know if you want to replace the image with a better quality one in the future.
