http://www.goodreads.com/author/show/... Charles Le Guin (space)
http://www.goodreads.com/author/show/... Charles A. LeGuin (no space)

Look at this book, it has three examples of "Le Guin". Two of the listed authors we have on goodreads with one space and one we have with no space. http://www.goodreads.com/book/photo/1...

So should we add a space to Charles the 2nd author in the example above?
And, can you tell if the author in the first example is the same Charles? If so, we may have to correct his profile name depending on what is decided to be correct spacing.

Debbie's Spurts (D.A.) | 6325 comments I see bookcovers showing "Charles A. LeGuin" on second author if that helps.

Book cover for North Coast by the first author shows at http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/0965... if anyone wants to add and shows "Charles Le Guin."

I have no idea if same authors; just what book covers show.

I'm a newb as a librarian. I could try to take that on tomorrow unless someone else gets to it before me or objects.

If Charles Le Guin and Charles A. LeGuin are the same person, there should not be separate profiles (let alone a third). This is not a pen name issue.

I was mostly wondering if they should be combined and a space added. I don't know what to do so I'm just leaving it as I found it.

They should be combined, and they should have the middle initial. Not sure about the spacing of the last name though.
