"I know!" he said. "The bond counts as nothing if you give a willing submission if they pester you enough. They'd have to take the bond out before actually making you." Phoenix said, making quotations with his fingers.
"Take the bond out?" She gasped.
"Yes. They'd have to ah...cut it out." he said.
She grimaced. "Oh god. That's horrible."
"Yes, it is. And I don't think either of us want that." he said.
"Will the other be able to feel it?" She asked.
Phoenix nodded slowly. "That's why I do my best to not hurt myself." he said to her. "Which is why it would be gel for both of us if someone tried to take out your half of the bond."
"Same here," she said softly. "And that wouldn't be nice... I hope it won't happen."
She kissed his cheek, sighing.
Phoenix looked up. "Ari is probably home." he said.
"Wanna go there?" She asked softly.
"That's fine. I have to make dinner anyways." Phoenix said, standing and picking her up with him.
She chuckled. "You going to carry me?"
"I guess." he said. "I'm not walking though." Phoenix told her, snapping out his wings and going up.
She gasped, holding onto him tightly. "You don't want to do it in a park but you do want to fly."
Phoenix laughed. "I have no explanation for you." he said, keeping her in a tight hold so she wouldn't fall.
She laughed. "Too bad," she mused.
Phoenix rolled his eyes and feigned dropping her.
She gasped. "That's not funny!" She clung onto him.
Phoenix just looked at her. He dropped in front of his house and tucked his wings back in. Phoenix set her down.
"God, you.." she grumbled as he set her down. She let out a soft breath.
Phoenix chuckled and went inside. "Arielle!!" he called.
She walked after him, biting her lip. She wondered how Ari would react.
Ari mumbled under her breath. "What?!" She called back irritatedly. Arielle walked around the corner of the living room. Stopping when she saw Rose. Her eyes widened. "Rose!"
Rose chuckled as she saw Arielle. "Hi Ari," she smiled.
Arielle smiled and rushed over. Hugging her tightly. "How are you?" she asked.

Ari laughed lightly. "You're not staying are you?" she said, sadness creeping into her eyes.
"I'm not allowed to," she bit her lip. "They're trying to make me marry a prince."
Ari's mouth nearly curled into a snarl. "I knew they'd try something."
"I don't know what to do," she admitted.
Ari sighed. "You didn't tell them anything, did you?"
"Um... I did tell the guy I had a boyfriend," she said slowly.
"Did you tell him who and/or what he was?"
"Why? Does it matter?" She frowned.
"I just don't think you want anyone coming after him. Fae princes are particularlly..er..possessive."
"He seemed nice," she bit her lip.
"You met him already?" she asked.
