"Rose...please..go away." he said softly.

"No," she said softly, looking up at him. "What's wrong?"
"You wouldn't understand." Phoenix said.
Phoenix shook his head. "No."
"Its the reason I'm down here. On earth."
"Why then?" she asked gently.
"I killed a Fey." he said looking away.
"Who?" she asked, confusion leaking into her voice.
"Just a Fey. Someone I didn't know."
"But why are you so upset?" She bit her lip.
"I've been around here for nearly 5000 years and I'm still living in a world of guilt." Phoenix said.
"It's okay, everybody makes mistakes," she said softly.
Phoenix jumped down right in front of her. "Its not okay. That is the worst thing I could've done. Even worse considering I was still allowed in Heaven at the time."
"Don't you see? You being like this states that you're a good man. You deserve to be in heaven."
((I'm sorry but not right now. Me and my group are being harrassed and I need to figure some things out.))

"Rose, I have to earn this. I've been trying for ages. I have to wait until He comes back to be judged. I will go through everything you will. As if I was human myself." Phoenix said.

Rose bit her lip. "So you want to go back?"
"Of course." Phoenix said softly.
She slumped against the rock, closing her eyes for a moment. She didn't want him to go back, of course she didn't want him to. She was in love with him. But if he wanted to... "Then why won't you try?"
She nodded, biting her lip. "How then?"
"How? Anything I do affects my chances. Everything. Everything I say. Everything I do. All of it."
"Maybe if you just ask," she said softly.
"I can't ask." Phoenix said. "Only earn."

"I need to go back home." he said walking a bit away.
"Wait, are you mad at me?" she asked softly.
"No. I just need to get back to the house."
She reached out to him, biting her lip. "I miss you, Phoenix."
He looked at her sadly. "I thought you didn't care."
"I do care," she bit her lip harder. "I thought you didn't."
"I care much more than you think." Phoenix said softly, brushing hair out of her face.
She felt her heart flutter at his words. "How much then?" she whispered.
Phoenix smiled lightly. "Quite a bit." he said. "Can't really give you a definite answer."
She smiled a little to herself. "I miss you more than you think."
"Where are you going next?" he asked her.
"I don't know. Back to the library I guess," she said softly.
"Mm. Kay." Phoenix said. "I need to go." he says leaning down to kiss her cheek lightly before snapping out his wings and flying off.
She smiled softly and nodded, blushing a little as he kissed her cheek. She touched her cheek lightly with her fingertips and watched him fly away.
Phoenix went back to his place. Arielle wasn't back from looking for him, yet. Phoenix sighed and got something to eat.
Rose walked back, out of the forest and then to the library. She wondered if Arielle was already at home.
Arielle finally got back. She saw Phoenix. "Where have you been?!"
Phoenix looked at her. "Thinking over things. If you're wondering Rose is heading back to the library to read the file." he said.

She walked into the library and went to the file once again. Then, she started to read, concentrating.
"How do you know that?" Arielle asked.
"Because I saw her. She told me where she was going." Phoenix said exasperatedly to Ari
