zira walks through the park, relaxing after her hard day at school.
Damien was talking with some guys. Tossing a football between them.
she smiles at the birds that sung along with the wind.

Damien throws the football. Having thrown it too hard, his friend, another vampire, used his speed to catch it. They all stopped to make sure no one noticed.
her hat fell off her head from a sudden gust of wind. she looks around trying to find it and found guys throwing a football around. she shakes her hair back into place and went back to searching.
They all wait. She hadn't seen him. They all went back to chatting and throwing the football.
she starts to worry. that hat was a gift from her grandmother, now it was lost.
Damien sees the hat in a tree. He walks over to her. "Is that yours?" he asked, pointing to it.
she lets out a sigh of relief. "thank you." she then went to climb the tree to get it back. a smiles brightens her face as she holds the hat in her hands.
Damien smiles and moves back to the others.
She jumps down and lands onto her feet. She wipes her hands and winces.
Damien watches her carefully. He watches as a red dot appears on her hand. Blood.
"Ow." She says lightly and licks the wound.
Damien steps closer to the guys. Out of them all, he was best able to control himself. He started to herd them away.
She starts to walks home again.
Damien sighs as she walks away.
One slips out of Damien's sight and walks towards her. Slowly, discreetly.
She hears leaves crunch and alarms go off in her head.
Damien had left with the others. Now out of sight.
Anthony used his speed to go up to her and grab her.

Anthony clamped a hand over her mouth. "Shut up." he hissed in her ear.
As the scream reaches Damien's ears, he stops. Damiem turns and speeds off in her direction. Reaching them, he grabs Anthony's shirt collar, pulling him off of her and slamming him to the ground.
Anthony jumps back up and in a flurry of speed and movement, he grabs Damien; flinging him to the ground.
She gets up and holds her arms.
