The first bold section is the actual image name and the second bold section is the file extension. Delete everything between these two (leaving you with 51J2L9MqKwL.jpg)

NB! In some cases the string will be shorter. For instance audio editions have only one banner, so there will be less to delete but the rule is THE SAME.
