SOLVED/COMPLETED List of "David B" authors to correct—need period after "B"

The following "David B" author profiles need editing to match goodreads standards.

- Most just need a period after middle initial and editions combined as appropriate.
- If editing tries to merge with goodreads author, please cross-post just that author to http://www.goodreads.com/topic/show/1... so staff can do the merge
- if no books, skip as auto-sweep should remove
- in some cases, where last name looks odd, could be a glitch with some data imports where it is not an initial but a character like á, ü, ê, etc. being replaced with a space (For example, "Fredrik Kötten" and "Jane Pérez" may have accidentally imported as "Fredrik K Tten" and "Jane P Rez").
