Mikayla Hi-
So...just to begin with, HI EVERYONE!
I'm joining your group for now.
But I'll let you know right way that I really do like Twilight a lot. The reason I want to join this group though is because I would like to talk about Twilight with people who won't just post in caps "I LUV EDWARD!<3" to whatever you say. I haven't really looked in the discussion folders much here, but is there debating happening? Do people post here just with the opposite of that with "I HATE TWILIGHT" things going on? Because what I'm looking for is just to be able to talk about Twilight in a "civilized manor" lol. And talk/debate about different opinions of what happens in all the books and all that, without people just randomly posting the same things all over with no opinion whatsoever.
soooo...
tell me, is this the right group for me?

Nicole (nicapineda) Finally! A civilized Twilight fan!

A quick note though, our debates are kinda in the earlier posts. Now we're just talking about other stuff until something new crops up; like you :)

I'm sure this partially civilized group's for you.

*Sklip* (stalkerninja) Well, yeah. Twilight was ohkay for a while, but then most of the 'populars' at my school were all like ooh-la-la over Twilight and Edward and it just really bugged the crap out of me.

Yah, some of my friends totally like Twilight and the othes...not-so-much. I honestly don't care about what my friends think of it as long as they don't bring it up.

Hey! Different tastes and viewpoints. That's why everyone is so unique in their own way!!!!!

Giggles i agree same thing is going on at my school

Ruchi (ohlookitsruchi) Hello! I've read Twilight, and I've tried to like it and explain away some of its faults, but I can't manage that. SM simply ruined it with her writing! While I think the storyline has potential, she ruined it with her thesaurus abuse and inability to cross out irrelevant detail.

Anyhow, Its good to see that somebody else is looking for some intelligent discussion >_O I think we'll get along just fine.

Giggles yep we will

Nicole (nicapineda) I agree that her plot could've actually worked out. It's just that she crammed it after several hundred pages of sparkling, staring and dazzling.

The first week after I read the last book in the series (I read the whole series over 3~4 days), I couldn't help but cringe every time someone mentioned "sparkly","gaze" and "dazzling"

Bookworm (catsy2008) I think even though you're accepted here, being in a Twilight-liking group would probably be better.
