Yea I feel ya, all this stuff has made it so most of my rps have been far and few. as to your new character the relationship part might be a bit young for any of my guys though Neno is the nicest of my guys and would prob be fine helping her. Like only way he forgo that is if she doesn't at all look 13. since he still under 18.
