Ok this is what is for.

Smaller ((a small dragon)) was cursed by Artemis when she was born. It was so she could never grow. She recently met Mateo ((Matthews dragon)) and they are now dating. He was upset when she told him about the curse. She only recently figured out she was cursed because she ran into the Artemis cabin. Delphin ((the god of dolphins)) being Mateo's uncle came and tried to remove the curse. It didn't work. So now he's calling upon Artemis. ((Oh they're in a small room that's meant for small dragons so she'll have to appear as something else.))
