If you mean that you want both editions to have the red cover then, no. We can add a new paperback with the red cover but the blue one has been shelved and reviewed so we don't change it. Do you want a third, red, cover adding?

Thank you so much for your help
And best wishes from Australia!
Gabriel

The new one is here. The cover is a poor quality image. If you have a better one we can replace both red covers.

This is the procedure for setting the default edition of a book:
i) Go to the book page of the edition you wish to become the default/primary edition.
ii) Click "edit details" below the book's description.
iii) On the right side of the page about halfway down, click "Set this book as the primary edition for this work".
iv) Click "Save Changes"
The ratings are fixed.

I was going to say that you could upload it to your photo section but I see it was uploaded 21 hours ago.
Both red covers are now upgraded. Don't forget to choose one as the default as per my previous post. That way everyone will see the red cover unless they specifically search for the blue one.

your time is truly appreciated - thank you for being so fast in this also
best wishes

It needs to be added as a new alternate cover edition.

Are the new UK and US covers identical?

Cover upgraded.

Librarians have absolutely no say in giveaways. You would need to contact Customer Support
But the covers themselves ARE correct.

Hi, Banjomike and thanks for replying. Yes, the two covers are identical. Thanks also for the link to 'alternate cover edition' notes. Will check it out.

Hi again, Banjomike. Another thought before I check out the instructions for uploading an alternate cover edition - you asked if the two covers were identical. Does this make a difference?

It does if you were really thinking about changing the US cover to match the UK edition. You are not allowed to do that but I think it was a good question especially since the US edition doesn't seem to be available on Amazon.com at the moment, it points you to the UK edition.

An alternate cover edition is basically a new book record that is identical to the original book but which does not have any ISBN/ISBN13/ASIN numbers. Instead, you add a librarian note that includes the original numbers. That way people who have the book with the old cover can keep it while people who buy the new cover can shelve that.

Thanks for the replies, Banjomike, and the help. Much appreciated. I'll upload an alternate cover edition.
