When do you plan to release King Cave? Will there be more romance (I know several people who are hoping for a little more romance in this book)? How many more books will there be in the series after King Cave?

King Cave's expected release date is January 2014.
As far as romance goes, KH is at 2 in heat level since Lily has had a traumatic year. But in KC, it is at a definite 10. KC is - absolutely - for the eighteen-years-old and over crowd.
Lily's story is a trilogy. Are they already written? Yes. How many more books are there? It's a secret. Are those also written? Yes. :)
