Adding picture to author page with PD-USGov-Military licence

I want to add a picture from wikipedia to the Lee Kuan Yew author page.
The copyright image is under PD-USGov-Military(picture imported to wikipedia from the US department of defence site ).

Can I add the picture or would it be a problem?
