Currently With periods:
A. Ya. Khinchin
A. Ya. Gol'dman

A. Ya. Kipnis
A. Ya. Arkhangelskiy

Currently Without periods:

Need a period after "Ya":

I think Ya and Yu are supposed to have periods, they both represent just one letter in the Cyrillic script, so these are most likely initials. (See the Wikipedia articles for ya and yu.)

"Ya" needs to be "Ya.":

If no books, fans or quotes -- can be manually deleted or left for the autosweep that supposedly runs cleaning up the no book authors.
