{Personality} Camilla is a very sassy girl who doesn't let anyone tell her what to do. Sarcasm is a second language to her, and everyone who knows of her or about her knows she's stubborn and won't do anything unless she wants to.
{History} She was born in District Four to a wealthy family. Her older brother was only a year older than her and her parents were both sea captains. Everything went wrong one day when her mother took her older brother out fishing. A storm started while they were out at sea and they never returned. That all happened when she was only nine years old. So now she lives with her father who is barely home. She's learned to fend for herself and spends a lot of her time alone.

Personality: A disbelieving guy with a quick temper. He's head strong and doesn't like his beliefs or ideas to change. He does not trust easily and if you break his trust, there's nothing worse you can do. He's easily crossed, but he's a complete asset to the game. Completely intelligent and independent, he can take care of himself and someone else.

Appearance:
5’2” with curly brown hair that cups the side of his face (it is a bit puffy). Brown eyes and has an overbite. His fingernails are short and stubby but well kept. His lips are thin and he’s a little chubby, but not overly so.
Personality:
He is very blunt and straight faced, but not uncaring. He has a no nonsense tone about him, but when he has a break he will relax and try to converse with those around him. He can have long discussions about nearly anything, since he has so many opinions, especially on things that aren't really his business. Cecil is actually a little insecure, and he has a habit of analysing himself and others out loud. His humour is very dry and he’s very fond of bad puns, but he’ll only use sarcasm when he’s irritated.
Background story (optional):
His parents were very busy, so he spent the majority of his time with his uncle, who was very strict. He often yelled and got angry at Cecil, but Cecil never left or told anyone about it because he respected his uncle, and blamed himself for being hurt. His uncle didn’t want him around, but it never stopped him. He always made sure that Cecil knew when he had done something wrong. But, Cecil still loved him.
Since he talked too much sometimes, a lot of students avoided him. He did manage to hold onto a friend for a few months at a time, until they moved on with other friends. Cecil never really acknowledged what was happening to him, and happily remained oblivious and optimistic.
Strengths:
He is pretty good at memorising things and remembering locations. He knows a lot of shortcuts to places.
Weaknesses:
His aim needs some work and he needs to learn not to shoot on impulse. If he is crowded or touched a lot he because upset and stressed and will start on a tirade.
Weapon of choice:
Crossbow or a hatchet. Mainly a spear.
