Jinx gave Clare a pleading look. She sighs and picks her up by the neck and walked over to the maze, letting her lose. "I'll get her later."
Scout nods, "okay, um.... your free to look around the garden if you want."
She shifts back and stands up. She dusts off her clothes, then starts to walk around.
Scout watches her leave sighing softly as he walked the other way.
Clare stops in front of lillies and smiles at them.
Scout walks into the little gazebo he built. He sighed sitting down, This is going to be hard. he thought
Clare sees roses and thought of her mom. She smiles sadly at them and walks away.
Scout notices her looking at the roses, but is still pretty lost in his own thoughts
Half way through the garden she sees the most beautiful lillies she ever saw. She smiles brightly and touches a peddle.
Scout is still thinking beginning to pace again
Clare sees scout in the gazebo pacing and walks over.
Scout looks up when Clare is near, but doesn't say anything.
Scout continues pacing, but says, "Did you enjoy the garden?"
"I see." She nods, "my garden at home was started and cared for by my mom. Now I'm out there every day to care for it." She misses her garden.
"Your going to miss it aren't you?" Scout asks looking at her.
"Very much." She looks at her hands,
He looks around, "I would too.... You can go back as often as you want if you think that will help/"
"Look I'm sorry about this whole mess were in." He says softly
"If there was another way to fix it I would." he says explaining himself
"There is no way out." She says, "I've tried."
The smell of poison hit her nose and she knocked scout to the ground. An arrow wizied over them.
Scout was surprised when he hit the ground with Clare on top of him, "What in the world was that?"
"Assassin's arrow." She says, "smelt the poison."
"Well maybe we should go inside, and now I get to tell father about this." he said, "Thank you."
"No problem." She gets up and helps home up.
He gets up, "Let's get Jinx then go inside."
"Yeah." She shifts and ran to the maze
She got to jinx and picked her up.
Scout took her arm and led her a different way into the house. This way was a little more covered than before
She allows him to lead her to the house.
He pushed open the doors and closes them behind them dropping her arm s
Jinx squeaks and moves to Clare's shoulder.
" Well umm you can stay here if you would like while I go talk to my dad or you could come with me." He said
" you were the one to see it maybe you should come." He says
He walks off the the study k owing his dad would be in there..(( might be spacey))
Clare follows.((I'm getting off in an hour))
Scout opens the door without knocking. Both their fathers look up ," the was an assassin attempt" he says
Both men jump to theirs feet," Where?" Asked Scouts father" the gazebo." He answered
