She nodded not wanting to ask why he had her and not some of the other teachers... Maybe she would ask his mom.
Wesley pulled in, and hopped out of the car with the tux and ran inside to show his mother.
Joelle got out after him and walked inside still thinking about what he had said
Wesley showed his mom it smiling, then ran to his room to put it in the closet.
His mother smiled at him, then looked at Joelle. "Interesting trip?"
His mother smiled at him, then looked at Joelle. "Interesting trip?"
Joelle nodded closing the door," Yeah it was a little but it was fun too..... Umm.. Why did Wes have Ms. Mary and BHS?" She asked
"He has a disorder.. where you can't mature.." She said quietly looking down tears coming to her eyes.
Joelle frowned a little," Okay, I guess I see that but why didn't you tell me before?" She asked softly
"Your mother thought it would be good information to tell you later so you wouldn't treat him differently."
Joelle frowned," Why would I treat him differently? He's older than me and he doesn't treat me any different."
"Because of his disability.." She said quietly. "And he treats everyone the same."
Joelle nodded," Okay I still wouldn't have treated him any different."
His mother nodded. "That's good."
She shrugged," And I'm not now."
His mother nodded, and Wesley came out of the room.
Joelle sat down in a chair as he came back into the room
Wesley ran over to her and slid on the floor.
Joelle laughed at him," having fun?"
Wesley nodded really fast. "Much."
"Now what are we going to do?" She asked looking at him
"I don't care." He said with a small smile.
Wesley nodded and sat down next to her.
Joelle put her chin in her hand as she thought
Wesley thought for a little bit.
Joelle sighed softly, "I have no idea."
"We couldddddddddd. Go to the park?"
Wesley jumped up and ran to the door.
Joelle laughed and ran after him
Wesley smiled and walked out with her.
Joelle slipped her hand into his as they walked to the park
Wesley swung their arms and walked at her pace.
Joelle giggled softly as they walked
Welsey laughed quietly and stopped when they made it.
"Wanna go on the swings?" He asked jumping.
Joelle laughed and said, "Sure we can.... only if you push me."
Wesley nodded and sprinted to the only open swing left.
Joelle giggled and ran after him
Wesley sat on it waiting for her.
Wesley got off of the swing so she could go.
Joelle sat down on the swing when Wes got up
Wesley smiled and pushed her.
Joelle giggled a little as he pushed her
