ISBN 9788468731346 for Cuatro días en Londres is not correct.

Can you tell me it this: "Novela finalista del Primer Certamen HQÑ. " is a book award or nomination?

It means that the book was the finalist for a prize organized by Harlequin Spain but it didn't win it.
