Kourtney (readthateventually) | 1215 comments The book was shown in the scenes for next week during the spa/botex party episode. So if you watch the new episode on Tuesday then they'll be talking about the book!

Kristine (kc0217) | 335 comments Yes, Stacey that was the new episode. At the end, when they do previews for next week, Theresa holds up a copy of the book.

Hopefully I can get to the remote before my bf does this week! :)

message 57: by Nadia (new)

Nadia A (bagambo) Stacy - you are so right. I was watching more of the show and it seems like everyone is into causing a little trouble - I guess they figure it will make good telly. Although I am still convinced Danielle is the real fake and a huge troublemaker.

Oh, no Nadia, I meant that everyone seems to have a problem with Danielle except Jacqueline.

message 59: by Nadia (new)

Nadia A (bagambo) Oh, okay Stacy. I gotcha. LOL! That makes more sense. I guess I didn't read that right.

I am so tired today for some unknown reason. I hope I can stay up for it!

message 63: by Nadia (new)

Nadia A (bagambo) I feel asleep halfway through the show. what happened?! I missed the part where Danielle told Jacqueline that you have to know who your enemies are and they were drinking champagne (I saw it in the previews). I assume she is calling Jacqueline's family her enemies?

message 64: by Stacy (new)

Stacy (stacymarie913) | 5567 comments Mod
Ha! You fill me in on the first half Nadia and I'll fill you in on the last half. I was watching a movie (Bride Wars) and forgot all about it until it was over.
Anyway, all I saw was Danielle talking to her friend about the whole thing, what happened with the arrest. She says it was a wrong place, wrong time type of thing. Apparently it was Dina that handed out the copies of the book. Danielle was going on about how the people in that town don't know what she had to go through. And Dina was saying if she wanted to be a real bitch, she could've put copies of Danielle's mug shot on every telephone pole from there to Atlantic City.
Oh, and the lady with the scary eyes (can't remember her name) who is Gia's mom is in the process of moving the furniture and such into the new house. Gia got a part on Gossip Girl.

message 65: by Nadia (new)

Nadia A (bagambo) Hey Stacy! OMG! Those women are so into drama!! OKay, so the first half: Dina was helping her daugther pack for her upcoming 2 week vacation to Cyprus with her dad and the little girl was super excited and Dina was super sad about the whole thing. Jacqueline and her husband went to see the doc for some results for some chromosome testing they were doing regarding all the miscarriages and they found out that they were fine and that these things happen (could be age, which Jacqueline said maybe she should get a plastic surgery done on her eggs so that the sperm will find them attractive). Theresa and her husband wanted to do salsa like on Dancing with the Stars so the got everyone into the idea and the whole gang went to a dance studio, including Danielle. Everyone goofed around and had and criticized Danielle for taking it too seriously (she was a dancer back in her day). Caroline sat it out and just watched. No one liked how hands on Danielle got with Albie and then I missed the next part, but when I watched it I heard Theresa's husband telling her he couldn't stand Danielle and the next thing I see is Theresa getting mad at Danielle for disrespecting her husband and her and her family. CRAZY! Danielle claims she phoned Theresa to apologize but Theresa hung up on her, which Danielle claims she doesn't know who her friends are. All she has are her daughters and that is enough. Oh and Caroline and Dina and Theresa gossiped about Danielle over wine about the book and her shady past. CRAZY!!

message 66: by Nadia (new)

Nadia A (bagambo) By the by, did you like Bride Wars? I thought it was a cute movie.

message 67: by Stacy (new)

Stacy (stacymarie913) | 5567 comments Mod
That's good to hear about Jacqueline, I felt really bad for her because of all the miscarriages.
Oh I remember seeing the previews for the dancing! I can't believe I missed that part!
So what's the title of the book? Did they say?
I wonder when the table dumping happens.
Next week's preview shows the scary eyed lady (is it Theresa?) saying that Danielle's bf Steve asked if he could go to their summer(?) house with another woman. Drama, drama, drama!

Yes, I saw Bride Wars when it was in the theatres and just bought it on DVD Sunday. Hadn't had a chance to watch it again yet til last night. It was a really cute movie, I loved it. I wonder if they'll make another one - Mom Wars?

message 68: by Nadia (new)

Nadia A (bagambo) I forgot the name of the book. OMG! Theresa held it up to the camera and I can't even remember what the name was. Sorry. I read on their blogs that they didn't want anyone else to know about the books, but if that is true, then why did Theresa hold it up to the cameras and why did they bring it up. DRAMA!!

I want to see the table dumping too! I hope it happens soon.

Mom Wars would be a fun movie. Can you imagine how competitive they would get over getting their kids into the right schools and so forth. Too funny.

Kourtney watches the show, I wonder if she'll remember what it's called.

I agree, it would be a funny movie. That kind of stuff happens in real life anyway, doesn't it? Maybe not, I know I've read about it enough in all the chic lit I read.

message 70: by Kourtney (new)

Kourtney (readthateventually) | 1215 comments Off the top of my head it's something like Cop Without A Badge...it's in one of my earlier posts on this topic. I taped the episode but haven't watched it yet (I've been doing work at home and can't watch tv or I get nothing done!) I'm off to run errands then sitting in front of the tv to watch it all go down!!! YIPPPIEEE!

message 71: by Nadia (new)

Nadia A (bagambo) Thanks Kourtney for the name of the book! I was wondering what it was. Do you think that Danielle leaked the info about the book because she wanted more camera time? Why is she always blaming Dina, who does not seem to give a fig about her?

message 72: by Kourtney (new)

Kourtney (readthateventually) | 1215 comments well they said it was someone's neice that told the other housewives - you have to wonder if a producer told the girl so the other housewives would find out. It's not like they just met Danielle yesterday - she's been there a while. Information about a random hard to find book would not be easy to come by!

message 73: by Nadia (new)

Nadia A (bagambo) Totally! Well, we all know that these reality shows are pretty limited when it comes to reality. But I still love watching all the drama unfold. I can't wait to see the table throwing- that has got to be a story.

message 74: by Stacy (new)

Stacy (stacymarie913) | 5567 comments Mod
I'm sure it was a producer that leaked the info. The drama is fun to watch though - you're right Nadia.
And thanks for the book name Kourtney! I'm going to try to find it on the swapping sites.

message 75: by Kristine (new)

Kristine (kc0217) | 335 comments Danielle & Theresa were on a NY talk show the other day. Apparently for each day of filming they are given an "itinerary" of what they should do. So, I have no doubt that the book was planted. I want to see the table throwing episode!!

Stacy (stacymarie913) | 5567 comments Mod

message 77: by Kourtney (new)

message 78: by Stacy (new)

Good so I won't have to wait long for the table episode. :)

message 79: by Nadia (new)

Nadia A (bagambo) That is crazy how staged these "reality" shows are! An itinerary! I wonder if they put "throw table" on the itinerary?

message 80: by Kourtney (new)

Kourtney (readthateventually) | 1215 comments Nah they don't get that specific - they just wrote "throw something" and it just so happened she decided it should be a table LOL!

message 81: by Nadia (new)

You know, if you're into reality TV, a good book to read is The Next Big Thing. It's about an overweight girl that gets on a reality weight loss show. It's really good.

LOL! I have to restrain myself with my TBR pile. I decided in the beginning I would only list books I physically have in my possession to read - and yet I agree with Dawn. My TBR pile has exploded since I met you ladies!! And that's a great thing because I see you all opening my options up to books I would never have thought to purchase!

So for that I thank you all :)

My list has vastly increased as well. I'm starting to wonder if I'm ever going to be able to read them all...

message 89: by Nadia (new)

Nadia A (bagambo) I know what you mean. My TBR list is the neverending pile of books. I keep adding and adding and just assuming that I will have time to read them all. But who knows when that will happen. Oh well, book buying curbs my handbag obsession - so I will keep adding to the pile.

Yeah, I forgot about my crafty type projects that I do on the side. I've done a lot of crocheting and am just learning how to knit. I've sort of done my own version of a quilt, they're not finished yet (like 90% of my projects). They're really cool though, they're made out of t-shirts and a lot of them I sewed by hand.
