message 211: by Rebecca (new)

Rebecca | 146 comments No, I WANT to sometimes, but I don't want to damage the book (especially when it's not MY book or if it's on my Kindle :)

Do you ever react out loud to what's happening in the book that people around you look at you/ask you if you're ok (if you're crying) or what's so funny (if you're laughing)?

Duchy | 79 comments *sighs* yes. Unfortunately.

Do you ever think a part of a book is really funny and try to tell someone about it, but they just don't understand?

message 213: by readeraz (new)

readeraz (zoethereader) | 474 comments Nothing has ever described my life more clearly.

Are you ever in public and react to something that happened in your book and someone asks "whats wrong?" and you just mumble nonsense about things they don't understand.

message 220: by Izzy (new)

Izzy (izzybookholics) | 580 comments YESSS!!!!!!! Who doesn't??? Why try to find a decent guy in the real world if you can have a, might I add PERFECT, guy straight out of your favourite book!!!

DYE stall reading a part of a book because you know something bad is going to happen and you don't want to read it because as soon as you do it will become real?

Renee yes. All. The. Time.

DYE stand up while reading because the action is so intense and real that you have to 'join in?'

message 222: by Rebecca (new)

message 244: by Neha (new)

Neha (nehalicious69) | 103 comments I've only gave up on a book once (Wake Amanda Hocking) so yeah I always read the book and have only never finished read that one though if I didn't like the first book then I just don't read the ones next. You see what I mean?
